Very good hotel in excellent location, with helpful and friendly staff.

Well laid out buffet breakfast with good variety. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Use of luggage room with showers to change after a day's skiing having checked out earlier.

Bedrooms too warm, typical if alpine accommodation. Slight smell of drains at one point in basement ski room

Highly recommend this hotel, great location, exceptional staff, clean, relaxed, great vibe.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing location, central and near the ski lift. Quiet rooms. Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and bar, lovely breakfast.

Would definitely stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with lots of storage, hanging space (for ski jackets, helmets) and even a line for hanging up hand washing like ski socks! Well heated ski lockers were another plus - no damp boots. Loved the quirky stuff like the jolly cows.

Breakfast was good but not much by way of healthy low fat options other than fruit. Some nuts, low fat yoghurt, low fat milk or almond milk would have suited me better.

A lovely hotel in a great location

Excellent location within five minutes walk of the ski lifts. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We really appreciated the hotel opening the kitchen for us on our late arrival to help us with food.

The rooms do not have air conditioning and they can be quite stuffy. The air is incredibly dry - all of our party woke every day with dry sore throats. In room humidifiers would be a cheap and effective way of addressing what we viewed as the only real negative at the hotel.

Great value!

very convenient location , yards away from ski lifts, lovely efficient staff, rooms cleaned every day, wether you asked for it or not! Good selection of items at breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to go back!

Rooms are clean and modern Breakfast is better than average. Staff exceptionally helpful All facilities are provided Location is exceptional

Gym was a little sparse. Needed a few free weights, bars and benches to be comprehensive, and in keeping with the general standard of the rest of the hotel

Perfect hotel for a family ski vacation in Val d’Isere

Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous, very convenient. breakfast is good. Spa and gym very good too.

Breakfast was great, location great too. Our family room suited our needs perfectly.

The room was very hot. I woke up each night, in the middle of the night, and had to open the door for a bit to cool down.

Great Central Hotel

Good central position, very welcoming staff, Great breakfast and a comfortable bed, Modern decor clean and comfortable accommodation will use next ski holiday Many thanks to all the staff, Adrian Ashworth ps was given an upgraded room😊

Absolutely Superb

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the rond point des pistes and 100m from the centre of town. Rooms are well sized, comfortable and warm. Boot room is spacious and well provisioned. Breakfast has plenty of variety and choice. Staff are very helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I've stayed in a lot of ski hotels over the years and can honestly say this is hands down the best one yet in terms of value for money. If you're skiing in Val d'Isere, you will not find a better located hotel with this level of service at this price. Absolutely superb!

Great - nice quiet room, very convenient location and good value

I've stayed before so new what to expect but the public areas of the hotel are always a welcoming place to be.

The breakfast was a little light for me - I had a long day ahead so wanted a few more substantial things to eat

very rigid in their customer service approach no flexibility or thoughts about the guest apart from wanting to charge mo

my room only had a shower small twin. £1375 for the week. there was only about 10-12 guests in whole hotel I asked if if could have a room with a bath - was told that would be another £300 for the week. Really what bad PR esp on a week where they would have had so many empty rooms. Also at breakfast - scrambled eggs - stone cold - Cooked and left in bay Marie’s for such a long time. also boiled eggs available. I asked if I could have an omelette. - Again was told there is extra charge for this. Really - if there was a small pan and stove there I would have made the omelette myself with the eggs on the table! The little extras they could have done especially in a very quiet week to enhance their hotel and brand and the cost to them would have been nothing.
