Sehr charmantes Resort, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Leckeres Essen, gutes Drinks, perfekt ausgestattetes Gym, sehr gute Tauchbasis.

Everything from the design of the hotel (nubian village) to the wonderful service of all the staff. Food was wonderful, both in buffet restaurant and in a la carte restaurants. They have the best reef I've seen for the last 15 years - still with plenty of colours - and only 3 meters from the beach.
The beach is quite small here, so you cannot make long morning walks by the sea, but all other things are just perfect.

Everything was beyond beautiful and my stay exceeded my expectations. The Staff are super friendly and very kind including the Staff at the reception, housekeeping and the beach. Mostafa our activities guide, he was so much fun and knowledgeable of the area since he is from El Quseir City. We went City Biking and morning exploring Walk, both were amazing. The suite was modernly furnished, very cozy and warm. The beach is super clean with crystal clear water. I truly had a great relaxing stay exactly as i was dreaming of. I can’t wait to go back again next year.

Lovely hotel with village-style architecture on a gorgeous house reef (we’re seasoned snorkel enthusiasts and the coral bounty, colours and fish were world class right off the jetty) we had a junior suite with an amazing porch. Premium sea view rooms are all great but the cheaper rooms are quite small. The upgrade is absolutely worth it. The bed was very comfortable. The food by the Dive Center is especially wonderful. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We would definitely return.
Be wary about all inclusive as this only covers the buffet restaurant. We had half board and it was financially more sensible because we liked to eat by the beach or elsewhere. The music around the pool was at times very loud and next time I’d ask for a room further from the main area. Some employees seemed stressed and even unfriendly (a contrast to some who were very friendly) but maybe it had to do with Ramadan and I assume it’s difficult to serve guests food and drink in the heat while fasting.

The staff/workers at the Orangerie Restaurant and Pool Bar., as well as the Housekeeping Team. Theare walkingg on the pool, beach, and recreation are walking ambassadors for the hotel. They are very passionate to their job and compassionate to the Guests. They remember small details to each person/guest they speak to and performs follow up the next day. They make our stay very comfortable. These people walk the talk! Without them, the hotel will not be the same.
1. The doctor, who is a reliever, as we were informed. He gave a wrong diagnosis and told us our child needs antibiotics infusion/injection for mild diarrhea. As we didn't agree for antibiotics and asked for first aid for it like electrolytes- he can't offer such or offer any first air help. We had to Google to find the nearest pharmacy.
2. The Room, the A/C was inconsistent, and it was loud at night like we had an electric generator in the room. An attempt to fix happened, but eventually, the condensed water started to come out and dripping. I am hoping a renovation would happen soon on those Old Rooms.
3. The bread on the breakfast and all pastry products even desserts at night. The breads are too dry and lack butter and salt. Given it has a vast number of selection, it was all the same.
4. Many items at hot and cold items of the buffet repeat. And for people who stays 7 or more days, it's sad to eat something same from previous days.
5. No visibility of Management except when they are eating at the buffet in the morning. No one comes around at breakfast and talk table to table or even at dinner time, no one goes around from one of Department Heads. It was only the Guest Relation Supervisor (Isabella) who goes and approaches the guest during the day. The rank and staff works for those DH while they dine only among themselves.
5. Not giving copy of signed receipt for the consumption. Again, lack of manager supervision. It is the right of the guest to have a copy of what was signed and to charged to the room.

Staff was very friendly, facilities very clean.
Restaurant staff and manager were very polite and professional.
Very nice snorkeling spot.

The place is just a bliss. We returned for maybe the 7th time and the staff is still very friendly, the food tasty and diverse and the reef beautiful. Maybe the drinks at top of the rocks could be a bit fancier!

Overall I liked your hotel and will return. If you are really interested in improvement i wrote also thing i didnt like.
Rums and whisky at the bar are bellow average for x-times the price I am willing to pay for that quality.
Hard to find free beds at the beach when hotel was half full. How it is when is fully booked.
Adults only rooms - we wanted to book one I was dissapoited they are adults only.
Seegull restarant is very good, fishermans hut was dissapointment for me.

everything
the food could be improved a bit more , maybe add a bit Asian choices

A beautiful hotel with its own coral reef and a diving school so it would be a great match in case you’d like to obtain your diving certificate.

Friendly stuff, great view, cosy staying, and delicious food as well.

The exceptionally friendly and efficient staff as well as the beautiful property with its own house reef.
We have nothing to complain

ALLES!

- We loved everything!
- The house reef is great, we saw many fishes and rays. The coral looks healthy! We rented some fins for a good price at the diving center.
- The chocolate hour was amazing! And the breakfast, buffets and restaurants in general are very good.
- We had a good time at the spa for a massage
- We had an issue with a taxi we booked, the hotel security didn’t allow it inside for some reason and made it go away. It put us in a difficult situation because we needed it to go back to Luxor and booked it in advance a long time ago. So we don’t know exactly what happened but it was not cool… The hotel provided us a great taxi in replacement but we paid twice… So beware if you book a taxi that is not the hotel’s one

The property is beautifully designed and stretched out over a large area, which gives it almost the character of a small village. Everything is well maintained, staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in particular was a positive surprise, great choices and everyone behaved very civilized around the breakfast buffet, which held different choices every day. Large and very comfortable room, kept meticulously clean. No boat needed to get to snorkeling sites, you can get into the water right from the beach, the snorkeling center has everything you need.
Be aware that everything that is not included in whatever accommodation plan you have booked is hopelessly overpriced. Quality of food and drinks is good, but comes at a price point higher than most comparable places at home. This is particularly annoying as basically you are stuck there for your dinner, given very limited/ almost non-existent choices in the vicinity.

The privacy, architecture and interior, the attention to small details in everything and the staff were friendly and nice, also, breakfast buffet was lovely!
Little to no activities to be done at night time, The rooms furniture a little bit old but still did the job and were comfortable and clean

The staff was so friendly and professional, the food also is one thing that would bring me back so often, it was super delicious and of quality.
The interior designs of the rooms and the reception is awesome

We loved every minute of our stay there, we even extended it! The hotel is stunning, the staff extremely friendly, the food really good in the buffet, many little personal touches. Anazing holidays. Would definitely recommend!
the food at the Italian restaurant was too “oily” for us
the staff at the diving center was clearly rude with us, especially a German guy and 2 Egyptians.
the tea brand could be upgraded

Amazing views and interior design, very clean.
Good food options but can't compare it to St.Sages Ciro
The small pool in the room was not heated in the room despite several times we told them (x3 times)
And they have not checked it
After 4th or 5th call they checked it and there was an issue but got it fixed... after what? After we got frozen? After+5 hours
By that time we finished and off for other activities
The pool came back to be cold again after it got fixed
4.5
Incredible views.. nice furniture and design
Food selection should have been much better
Even though it's very fresh
Note we are comparing it to four seasons Ciro hotel and St.Rages but it's not bad overall

Wonderful place, very helpful and nice staff, excellent management.. just perfect!
