Westport gem

Superb place, great sized bed and jacuzzi bath ! Lovely food, great staff and located well for westport , 3 minutes from the centre, two minutes from the sea. Pancakes for breakfast were lush !!

Friendly and welcoming. Staff flexible and cater for any demands. Good location, within easy walk of the town and the quayside. Also handy for driving in any direction from Westport.

Staff during breakfast was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Hotel needs renovations and detailed cleaning asap. Room was super dirty, cobwebs hanging from everywhere, thick layer of dust on the furniture, mold in shower, paint peeling of the walls...

Good guest house.

A secure guest house with good facilities in great location including car park. Good breakfast.

Due staff not onsite during night there was no curfew & some guests come in very late which unfortunately disturbed due unfortunate nature of creaky old property.

Quiet and comfortable, and ideally located with Quay and Centre both walkable distances.

We very much enjoyed our four-night stay at Boffin Lodge, which we used as a base for a short cycling holiday. We were grateful to be allowed to keep our expensive bikes in a corner of the hallway overnight and we were able to store out of the way our large bike cases too, which was great. We had a quiet and comfortable back room (ensuite) and in contrast to the expensive Viennese hotel we stayed in two weeks earlier, appreciated the room kettle and plentiful supply of Barry's Irish Tea sachets! Here's confirmation that after Boffin Lodge's Full Irish Breakfast it's possible to cycle an entire circuit of Connemara via the Sheffrey Pass without need of further sustenance. Delicious and very filling!

Convenient and comfortable stay at a stone throw from Wesport

Nice spacious room, four poster bed, nice decoration, good breakfast, location relatively close to city centre (1.3 km) and Westport quay (600 m), easy parking, pets are accepted.

Pets cannot come to breakfast room, which may be a problem for some, expensive compared to similar standard in other places (eg Cahir, Killarney).
