The beach is great. Best part of the resort.

That it is in a green zone and you have to walk a long way with luggage to get to it. There is a shuttle but you have to call it.

The location is great, the beach is really nice. The staff were very polite, the food was good. Albena is a nice place for taking a walk in the evening and the parking is well organized. Overall it was a great experience and we would visit it again.

It could have been a little more clean - for example the pool wasn't very clean. The rooms weren't great as well - they were comfortable, but a little old and some parts were not super clean either (the sheets and towels were fine though). Also, the air conditioners were noisy, we could hear the one from the neighbours.

Being close to the beach.

We like the fact that it has its own beach and it is right in front of the hotel.

The building itself looks a bit old, starting from the crammed elevator to the dirty air vents in the room.

The mattress and the closeness of the beach. Housekeeping staff was very friendly

The bar/restaurant staff were very rude, and unprepared, they couldn't make me an espresso macchiato.(they made a single espresso and toped up fully with cold milk a take away cup, and when I said this is not espr.macch., he said, yes it is, this is how they make in Bulgaria. I tought there is one espresso macchiato) and one more, coffe wienez, they had no idea how to make it, but it was on the all incl menu. About the food in restaurant, I would rather not to talk about. We (8 of us) were sick for 3 days out of 6. Never ever want to go in all inc. This was the first but last ever. I came home like I throw my money out through the window, It was way too expensive for the quality we got. The quality went to the detriment of quantity.

The room was comfortable, clean with an amazing sea view. I liked the food wich was very tasty with a lot of options... Good options for entertainment like live music, darts competitions or volleyball tournaments. We had an amazing time here the beach facilities were awesome. Want to thank Elsa for the darts and to Niki for his amazing cocktails. See you next year.

I am very pleased of the stay. so, I will get back in the future.

Beach, was very clean, chaise long and umbrellas of good quality, in very good condition, clean of sand in every morning. That was changed compared with my last visit on place few years ago. Dinner and breakfast very good, a lot of choice, very fresh. The property, the new wing above reception, were I got a suite, was Excelent. Everything was new, furniture, carpets, curtains and the beds like in the ferry tales.

I don't have anything to describe.

Great experience in Alebena

I've booked two rooms for my family and another group of friends. One had sea view, mine didn't. So the front desk lady gave us a free upgrade to an imense apartment. It was a real treat. Other than that, everything was just great. The location of the hotel, it's quiet, it's on the beach, close to the aquapark. They also offer a large variety of dishes. Really enjoyed my time

Been here twice. In 2019 and 2021. First time in june and now at the end of August. Indeed, after a summer season, the drain pipes get clogged and sometimes you feel the odour. I didn't feel it in June, though...The janitor however was very responsive and fixed the issue once i reported it.

Great sea view, comfortable beds, food was OK, clean and quiet, friendly staff.

It was advertised that the staff can accommodate a lunch or dinner with one of the local restaurants. Unfortunately, it was not arranged for the duration of our stay (7 days). The explanation was that all restaurants are fully booked. Checked two of them, seemed rather available.

Never come back.

We had a suite with a nice view and housekeeping was done daily.

Smell in the restaurant was terrible. Food was bad, very hard to find something ok to eat for kids. Restaurant tables and tools where messy. Pool and pool surroundings where messy, far from a 4 star hotel. Ventilator in the bathroom worked very rarely, this generated a bad smell in the room when WC was used, shower also was not very comfortable and felt messy (however, overall the room was ok) You are not allowed to get car in front of the reception, not even just for checkin. We had to park in a parking 500 m before the hotel, from that point a golf car will help with luggages, but because parking is on mud, golf car can't park near your car so is kind of hard to do check-in and check-out, far from a 4 star hotel experience. Also, no one will help you to get luggages in the room.

Right on the beach, friendly staff always helpfull. One day we also got some extra fruits in the room which was a nice surprise. We really enjoied our stay

Room was overall clean, but with small baby that puts his hands anywhere he reaches, we saw that window and door frames were dirty. Would be good to allow famillies with small kids to enter close to the hotel to unload and load the luggage. There were cars which had access.

Overpriced for a last minute booking

The location is great, exactly on the beach. Nice sea view. Cars are not allowed nearby.

We booked last minute, so the price was really high and breakfast was not included. Furniture was old and the bathroom looked bad.

A good place to be you and the beach.

Location on the shore, nice shiny room with see sight, very good beach, spacious, very clean pool.

Unfortunately, it is too far from the main street of Albena.
