Great choice budget hotel for 1 night if visiting the exhibition centre

Fantastic location to the exhibition centre and some good restaurants close by. Good basic breakfast Great staff friendly service Rooms have balconies

Metro runs directly underneath hotel so it’s a little noisy . Room and bathroom standard is basic, could do with a refresh,

No lift. Room on the 6th floor. Crazy tiny shower/bathroom. TV out of order. Dirty room (french fries under the table)....

Ottima struttura situata in una posizione strategica per raggiungere agevolmente le principali attrazioni della città con metro o pullman (situati praticamente sotto l'hotel). In zona sono presenti minimarket, boulangerie e ristoranti. Camera pulita e funzionale, ricambio frequente degli accessori da bagno.

Struttura in ristrutturazione quindi avevamo una impalcatura davanti la finestra, ma nulla di problematico. Scarsa insonorizzazione, ma i rumori purtroppo dipendono soprattutto dagli altri ospiti della struttura.

Salle de bain sans rangement et obligé d’escalader les toilettes pour rentrer dans la douche. Petit pour 2 personnes. Aucune explication du fonctionnement de l’hôtel pas les équipements mentionnés dans le descriptif moisissure au niveau de la douche

Great value for money

The room is modern and clean, nice bathroom and closet area, very suited for a work trip, but also very nice for a holiday stop. It is located near restaurants and supermarket, and it is 1 minute from the metro station and 3 minutes from the tramway station. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse for the night rate. Qualitative hotel, I would recommend the place and go back if I need to be located south of Paris.

No AC, but even in July on hot days, the room didn't get too hot, and there is a big door on a balcony so fresh air can enter at night. You also can hear the metro, but not bad, and that's kind of everywhere in Paris.

Our stay was satisfactory and perhaps given they are in the middle of updating it will be better.

The breakfast was satisfactory. I guess I am a bit fussy about eggs. The boiled were hard and the scrambled were wet. It was close to the metro which allowed easy transfer to many parts of Paris. It was close to a grocery store as well as eating places and we easily found a laundry mat close by.

I think the staff could have been better informed about what was available for the customers. A young girl behind the desk did not know of any grocery stores nearby, which was virtually next door to the hotel. Also the website must state more clearly what services are available. I found out that we had a room, and breakfast and for the rest we had to pay. Apparently that is Paris. Other hotels where my other family stayed had a comfortable sitting area where we could enjoy a glass of wine. It seemed the hotel was dated and there were attempts to have it look good, but the painting of our bathroom door indicates a quick makeover.

Great value for money for a three star hotel in an expensive city like Paris.

Disappointed

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

No internet and they didn't tell me there is wifi in the lobby, i heard one guest saying that while i was checking out No tv in my room No phones between rooms The first day no hot water however they fixed it the next day The last day no elevator and it took them few hours to fix it so we were late checking out because i couldn't take the stairs due to a knee injury, however they sent me breakfast to my room and the guy on the reception was really helpful i congratulate you on havingsuch a wonderful person (I'm sorry i didn't get his name, he is not the one with glasses he is french i think) I really like this hotel and i stay there whenever i come to salon de l'esthetique but this year it was disappointing for me, i hope you will manage to go back to your previous condition. Good luck.

Great location close to the metro and tram, supermarket and cafes around the corner.

The windows had little curtains on them, when I moved them there was mold on the window frame

C’est parfait!

Perfect location especially if you have business at the expo. The hotel is close to the metro, tram, supermarket, pizzeria, kebab, pharmacy, etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small, but from the photos you would think they were bigger. Shower exceptionally small, toiletries poor, toilet paper and towels were very thin.

Nice room, very close to metro station

apartment was spacious and quiet. very comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. 1 min walking to the metro station.

Lift is very small, fits to only 3 people. we were a family of 4, so could never get the lift all together. but this was a minor thing to us. Not so close to main tourist attractions but the fact that there is a metro station 1 min walking distance was great.

It is very close to the metro station. There are a lot of bistros near, it's a pretty populated area.

The room was old, the doors didn't look like the whole room design, it looked like they renovated but kept the old doors. The bathroom was not very clean, you could see the dirt inside the toilet, also on the shower cabin. You could hear everything from the other rooms, people walking, talking, coughing, every sound they made. It was very cold in the room, and the radiator was not working.

nice and quiet hotel for a few nights

nice hotel for one or two nights, since the rooms are small, however still comfortable. breakfast was perfectly fine and the hotel staff was very nice! we were even able to leave our luggage after the check out :)

it was very clean, though the sink was a bit broken (we could still use it, only two small cracks)
