Prima! Hele fijne ligging en super service van zeer vriendelijk personeel

Restaurant en ontvangst. Zeer goede service en vriendelijk personeel

Geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Verdieping 5 (bleek verbouwing dak terras) gemeld en direct actie en naar verdieping 2. Daar geluidsoverlast vanwege claxonneerde auto’s ontzettend druk verkeer Jammer ook dat de bouwvakkers bezig waren en we ons niet prettig voelde in badpak (moeder en dochter) rommel. Geen ligbedden. Geen stoelen. Geen service. Jammer dat dit niet op de website staat

Perfect location in mumbai

Perfect location for exploring Mumbai. Lovely to be right on the ocean. Hotel had everything we could need. Very comfy bed and a peaceful night's sleep

Great stay

The rooftop terrace was great and had views of the whole of Mumbai. Rooms were nice, comfy, spacious and clean. Location was great. I always stay in the three major hotels in this area when staying in Mumbai. Nice walk from the hotel to gateway of India area. Very central. Security on this hotel is very good and is never allow people just to walk in without bags being put through the scanner. All staff were very friendly.

I had a couple of issues with my key cards not working properly.

Highly recommend Excellent location Staff and Safe

The team were so welcoming and so helpful. I stayed for four nights. The location was safe, great access to shops, and a pharmacy. The Indian and Western food was delicious. My room had water views and was large. The gum is small though adequate.

Overall excellent. The towels and mattress could be upgraded though very adequate and comfortable.

Best Value For Money

Excellent location right on the marine drive. Excellent view of sea and marine drive from the room. Very spacious room. Very close to business & commercial area. Reasonably price compared to other luxury hotels on the walking distance.

the location is superb, right in front of the corniche. beds are comfortable, internet is fine.

there are sometimes private parties (we had 2 for 2 nights, but that might be the coincidence) and in this case the pool is closed and you can hear every beat of it. the fire exit is closed with chains and proper lock. there’s no way for you to escape, sorry.

Good location, breakfast great. It must have been a really good hotel some years back.

Good location on Marine Drive, 5 - 10 minutes in taxi to the Gateway of India. Safe and secure place.

I asked for a non smoking room and I got a room where obviously someone smoked the same day or the day before. I told them about that and they changed my room to an executive room which is bigger but still smelling cigarette smoke. There were no other rooms available this day but they propose to put a diffusor in the room and to change the room once more the next day. I was tired after my flight and I accepted.

this hotel was perfect for us, the location was great and the out look from our front facing was room was lovely, all the staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant staff.

Nice location and great view

The hotel is located right at the marina with amazing view over the sea. The staff both at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I did not get to use the rooftop terrace and swimming pool as they had a function happening there on that day.

It was all good.

Reasonable 4 star level hotel in great location

The seaside position and central location on Marine Drive is the main reason to stay here. need a Seaview room to take advantage of the views. Otherwise the hotel is "Okay" - 4 star not 5 star. Decor and condition of fittings is dated and worn in some places. beds are only Queen size. Internet is limited to 2 devices otherwise have to pay extra. Overall it is a reasonable option but do not expect perfection. Staff in breakfast restaurant very attentive (Priyal).

Aircon in room would never go below 25 celcius even after the technician attended. Too warm. Internet was slow and limited to 2 devices for free (Very 1990's approach).
