Location is good, it is just 5 mins walk to Renens station. The triple room was comfortable, it has 4 windows. It was cleaned every day. The bathroom looked new and in general there was no issue. Check-in check-out procedures were good as well. There is an elevator. There are additional sockets in case you don't have a Swiss socket adapter.
The triple room is at the last floor, so in summer it becomes really hot. There is just a ventilator and no AC. Breakfast is not bookable via Booking.com, but if you want it you can use their website. I did not know it until I was there.

Super nice and helpful staff. They solved our requests immediately and they were very friendly. Breakfast was a surprise for us and it was nice. room was clean. Also thanks for running after me and bringing the things I forgot after checkout. :)
it can be a bit noisy because of the street but not a big deal

Breakfast was included in the rate even so not advertised on booking. A positive surprise. Hotel convenient for business activities in Renens/Crissier.
No idea how to switch on TV (maybe power cord not connected), but not a major problem ...

Position, people kind and professional, carpark and space in the room
Slightly noisy because of the traffic, but during the night the area is very calm.

The hotel is in about 10 min distance by walk from Rennen station. Near station, there is supermarket which opens until 11 pm.
The staffs in hotel are super nice. The room was quite, so I could relax well in the room.
NO water boiler in the room. I wanted to drink a tea in the evening, but I could not find hot water availability in the hotel.

Good location, clean rooms, card for the public transport of Lausanne, hospitable staff
3.5 / 5.0
The location was good, not very far from the train and metro stations. I was satisfied with the breakfast even though there wasn't that much choice - boiled eggs, croissants, bread, jams, and apples. The staff was very friendly.
There is no air conditioning and the street outside is very noisy. I was there in August and it was too hot to sleep with the window closed but also quite difficult to sleep with it open.

Nothing.
we went for a break for 2 nights as a family with two small children. first night we ended up sleeping in our car as we arrived at 11:50pm and the door and check in time was closed. our fault as we assumed that the check in time was midnight and didn’t call the hotel as we drove and had the navigation on.
booking.com got involved and asked the hotel if they can compensate at least half price of the first night as we didn’t use it. the lady at the reception who surprisingly is the owner of the hotel didn’t want to even talk about it. when we tried to tell her we drove from England and it’s been a long journey with 2 small children, her reply was “you’re from England and I’m from Thailand”
to add to this the hotel is overpriced as there is nothing to eat for breakfast except butter and jam.

Check in was possible untill 10 pm, the personal was nice and helpful. Also I got public transport travel card. Breakfast was basic, but good quality.
Breakfast could have a little more selection, like some salami or some pastry. But the food was still good.

The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were pleasant. The free parking was helpful.
The room was far too hot and had no AC, only a fan. The room was lacking in some features (hair dryer, kettle, cups). The reading lights were broken, and not all bedside lamps were working. The sink plug was broken. The breakfast selection was poor. Not enough cheese and ham for everyone. Only 2 yoghurts. Not much juice in the jug. We had to pay an extra 6 francs per child for their breakfast (despite booking a quadruple room with included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children), and there was very little they could eat.

I arrived late within check-in time, reception was closed, still I got the key thanks to active communication from their side. We did the check-in the following morning.
I have no complaints.

Away from main center, but 4 tram stops away for visiting EPFL. Small but comfortable room. Transport card for Lausanne area included in the room price.
Reception is not always manned, had to call them to get keys. No soap at the sink. Very limited and the same menu for breakfast for all 4 days.

Yea, it meets the expectation and value paid for. However, there is always room for improvement.
Not much fun fare at the hotel, For me, it's too quiet. Others might like the quietness, anyway.

1. Price
2. Cleanliness
3. Enough space
4. Staff service
1. Limited parking slot. Was asked to park anywhere in the street. Very hard to find a paid parking. Maximum allowed parking (paid) was only 6 hours. Had to rush again early morning to pay again.
2. Breakfast also had very limited variety.

There were instances when nobody was present at the reception.I let the room key on the reception desk when I left.

Great location, close to public transport, large room, comfy beds
Bedroom very hot and no fan or cooling available so sleeping was uncomfortable
4.0 / 5.0
A clean place with a good access.
Nice and beautiful room and lobby.
Kind and attentive staff.
The staff were absent; given there were no phone in the room. It was impossible to find them.
The quantity of breakfast was limited, the bread would finish, soon.
To our bad luck, the elevator had problems(for going down)
The towels were only for one person (the room was for three)
Noisy street even in the night time. So we couldn't open the windows.

Breakfast was a joke. Hollow beds. Room was kind of clean, corridors smelled of smoke. Wouldn’t recommend and ever go again. Staff was friendly at the reception.
1.5 / 5.0
Free parking, free public transport ticket
The breakfast was the most minimalistic and worst I ever had in a hotel.
When the very cheap small dry croissants were empty, they often were not refilled in a timely manner.
