Absolutamente nada. Descaso gigantesco dos funcionários, em especial a Mariane.

Quartos com cheiro de cigarro e grande descaso dos funcionários. Um adendo para o atendimento da Julie apenas, que quis resolver o problema e a situação.

Hotel com muita classe, confortável, ótimo atendimento e um café da manhã supremo.

Gosto da localização, do atendimento, das instalações, limpeza e principalmente café da manhã que é supremo!!!

Antigamente havia aqueles luzinhas direcionaveis para leitura nas cabeceiras da cama. Com a reforma não tem mais e só tem um abajur. Pra que gosta de ler faz falta.

O hotel é incrível

Gostei bastante da limpeza do quarto, dos produtos de higiene pessoal, dos canais da TV com filmes, da internet, café da manhã, jantar, serviço de quarto, educação dos funcionários na recepção do check-in, do café da manhã e do restaurante, o quarto é de extremo conforto e sofisticação. As comidas são maravilhosas, feitas realmente por chefs e com todo cuidado com as apresentações e sabores.

Os funcionários da portaria poderiam ajudar a colocar/retirar a mala do Uber, infelizmente não tive nenhuma cortesia a isso. Infelizmente faltou água durante uma parte manhã, isso me prejudicou um pouco, sair do hotel sem tomar banho foi horrível e nada higiênico. Indicação sobre agências turísticas também deixou a desejar, indiquem uma que seja realmente boa, respeitável e confiável. A que me indicaram se recusou a fazer o meu passeio simplesmente por estar sozinha. O SPA, a piscina e a academia poderiam ser em locais diferentes. Infelizmente não tive nenhuma informação sobre os valores do SPA. Infelizmente no meu quarto o ar condicionado se armava e desarmava sozinho, gerando um barulho bem baixinho mas que incomodava durante a noite.

Atendimento, recepção, serviço de manobrista. limpeza; A recepção do hotel é linda e com um cheiro maravilhoso. Quarto bom tamanho e cama confortável; Café da manhã sensacional

No último dia o local do café da manhã foi mudado para o segundo andar e a organização estava horrível, disposição dos assentos, organização, etc... Um pecado para uma estadia que estava ótima!

O hotel é antigo, mas bem cuidado. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, banheiro de bom tamanho, chuveiro bom também. O café da manhã é variado, os funcionários são atenciosos.

Café excelente, ótima localização. Quartos espaçosos e bem conservados. O chuveiro muito bom também. Equipe de atendimento simpática e prestativa.

Apesar de estar bem localizado, o centro da cidade está mais depredado e com moradores de rua abordando as pessoas que passam. Os banheiros precisam de uma renovação no layout.

The location is in the centre os the city

SPA is not relaxing, during my 1 hour break I would like to relax but the at the same time the cleaning personnel was there, the electrician and others decided to fix something...I was there and 4 men fixing! The personnel was on the phone chatting but not interested in helping. Towels was.there, but no bathrobe. When I asked for the 3 chatting ladies that their phone was more important than the customer, they informed me that the bathrobe was not included. What???? 5 stars? The SPA was disappointing and definitely not recommended.

Bedroom wasn’t ready by 2pm. Poor variety of pillows. bedroom need renovation and bathroom too. Breakfast avarage, nothing special.

Traditional great hotel.

Location and staff cordiality.

Bathroom sink clogged, safe wasn’t working and if I didn’t check out on the front desk an extra charge would be mistaken done. Trying to clarify mistakes on the phone and from abroad wouldn’t be fun.

Curitiba has a lot of homeless people in the centre around the hotel. unfortunately not safe, this is not the fault of the hotel of course, just a comment on location

Good, but could be much better

The breakfast was great, so was the location. There was a place for the uber to stop. The shower was great, and everything was clean, not perfectly clean, but clean enough.

The wifi was horrible, the aircondicioning as well... I couldn't work from the suit, so I had to leave and go to another hotel. I told them about the problem, if maybe I could pay to have a better WIFI, since I had already paid for a more expensive room, but they said there was nothing to do.
