Great vallue for money

The hosts are very kind, you feel very wellcomed. The hotel has excelent location in center of Vassiliki The breakfast was solide.. Good value for money. I recommend it.

Great value for the price!

George and the staff were very accommodating. we arrived very late yet someone was there to greet us. the shower was fantastic - the best we had on our trip. breakfast was very good too. close to food, shops and the beach.

Stay away from the pool area.

Great location.

Was bitten to death by mosquitoes while sitting next to the pool. Would have been good to be warned by the staff.

Lovely place to stay in Vasiliki

Well located in Vasiliki centre, next to all restaurants and the port, from where we went to Kefalonia next. We had a huge balky, although we didn't use it - nature an beaches around are stunning, no need to be home =))

The breakfast was very basic, not much of options, just some eggs and tea, not so nice coffee.

Good

The hotel is very well located near the restaurants, stores and beach. That is an advantage but also a disadvantage (see below section). We had a fridge in the room which allowed us to permanently have cold water, but also keep some food for the travel back. The room also has a nice terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a drink or simply stay outside. The terrace is equipped with a clothes rack conveniently placed right in front of the air conditioning exhaust, so warm air was blowing right onto the clothes drying the clothes quicker. Even though it's a small hotel it is equipped with an elevator, so carrying the luggage up and down was not an issue. The sir at the front desk was very kind and welcoming

The breakfast had only a few options and not necessarily the best (not the worst either) and there were few to no changes throughout the week. It's good enough for 2-3 days but if you're staying longer you'll be full of it by the end of your stay. There were days when some items run out and they were not refilled by the time we left the table even though it was early. One day we went to have breakfast right at the beginning of the schedule, only to find out it was not fully ready. The eggs were served only 20 minutes after, when we already finished eating. The room is small and may become crowded during a longer stay especially because there is only one small place to deposit things, which is not enough for 2 people. During the evening/night, the restaurant in front of the hotel was offering live concerts so with the loud music out there is no way you could keep the door open over night, and even with the door closed you could not rest properly. The parking place is not really parking place, you just park around the hotel if you're lucky and come back early if not you park where you can find a spot and that may be a few streets away. The most annoying thing of all was the lack of a trash bin in the room. There was one, the smallest possible, in the bathroom but that was dedicated for the bathroom as they clearly state you should not through the paper in the toilet due to problems with the pipes

Pictures on Booking are not conform to the reality

I booked a room with a large terrace but I received another one which was smaller and with a tiny balcony. Staff was ok, I received a little discount but I did not get any clarification about the change, neither by the owner which was very unpolite. Pictures on booking are not coherent with the reality. Moreover, although it is stated that there is a private parking lot, only a few places are available and these are in the street where anyone can park even non-guests. Breakfast was not satisfying, very poor. The hotel was clean but we can't say the same of the room: bathroom's sink was cleaned only once in a week and towels were changed only one time. Bed sheets were never changed. Wi-Fi is not working at all in the room.

Location is nice, in the city center.

The bed was not confortable. The bathroom didn’t had cold water, you get only worm or hot water so you can’t set the temperature. They didn’t replace the sampon or shower gel.( we had only one for 3 days) There is no view, all thou they say the room has sea view...it’s terrible, and we had the room on the top floor... Breakfast is terrible, not much to chose from, no omlette, no cheese, Coffee is terrible, like drinking worm water with coffee taste. We paid around 115 euro/night...so it really doesn’t pay of
