Kommer inte bo här nästa gång jag är i Luleå

Frukosten var bra och läget var bra. Personalen var trevlig.

Hotellrummen stämde inte överens med bilderna på hemsidan. Garderobsdörren var trasig och det gick knappt att komma in i rummet du garderoben stod i vägen. Det var väldigt dragit på rummet. Belysningen i badrummet var dålig och det var helt blött på golvet när vi kom in i badrummet. Blev väldigt besviken.

Superb

The breakfast had great variety. The hotel is close to the city, restaurants etc. I was able to do my laundry onsite which was a big bonus.

I had to wait a little while at reception to check in but the staff came quickly when I called the phone number given. Lucky I was able to do this, several guests had been waiting prior to my arrival with no phone.

Bad

Very visible damage after break-in, I have never ever seen this in any accomodation before. When I posted my findings the hotel complained to Google Maps and got me blocked. Keep a long distance from this place!

Very good

I liked how minimalistic and clean the hotel was. The bed was comfortable, so was the bed. The breakfast was amazing! I loved it!

Well, I came for a business travel and was very disappointed with poor internet connection. Also I'm used to having a hair dryer in the room, and this hotel did not offer one.

It severed the purpose of our stay the breakfast was very good

It was okay for our one night stop they had a sofa bed in the room where my daughter slept. It was very cold and the heating was having trouble trying to keel the room warm.

It was expensive for what it was luckily it was a one night stop over

The location almost in the middle of Luleå I hard to beat. We went for a stroll, and didn`t have to walk long to reach the center

Nice, peaceful.

The furniture - chairs...have a lot of durty spits on them. It looks quite old. Needs a change ir a wash.

Exceptional

Located very close to the train and bus stations, we were greeted by lovely staff. Hotel Naran also has a shared guest kitchen to boil water, male coffee, etc. The breakfast buffet was over the top, a broad variety for muesli lovers, fresh fruit, different cakes (!) and sweets every day, beside a wide range of cheeses, bread, etc. Even though the room was on the ground flood, it was not loud at all.

The showerhead-attachement was broken, so showering was a little of a juggle between showerhead and soap. But I'm positive this will be mended soon.

Superb

Lady at the reception was lovely, checked in early and arranged a gluten free breakfast. Cozy hotel, with big rooms and good location.

wasn’t possible to control the air conditioning, it got a bit cold during the stay.

Good place to stay, very sweet personal and close to downtown!

The sweet young lady did an exceptionally job making me feel like I was a guest at her own house. She prepared breakfast to go since I had to leave before breakfast time.

For me it was good enough and if I will pass by again I will stay there again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast sereved at their Neighbouring hotel

location somehow is not bad

weid check in,if you wanna to open door you must have credit on phone(and full baterry) and call that someone come to open door for you,room was not ready,and was very dirty,after call some lady come and we help her to clean room and make a bed.no free parking,no even public parking,is there but always full.

A simple but nice hotel for a good price.

The room was nice and pretty clean. The breakfast is great, even though it's at another hotel about a minute away.

The reception isn't manned most of the time so it's difficult to ask questions.
