Günstige Notunterkunft für Reisende die um 23:30 Uhr noch etwas suchen.

24 h Check In Eingangsbereich des Hotels und die netten Mitarbeiter.

Die Tür zum Badezimmer war beschädigt (Loch reingeschlagen oder so) Es gab nur kaltes Wasser am Morgen zum duschen. Oberflächlich war es gereinigt, beim zweiten Mal hinschauen war es staubig und dreckig. Der Föhn hatte zwei Farben, einmal weiß und Rauch vergilbt von der anderen Seite. Usw…..

A serious problem with one room at this hotel...

Bed rock hard. Woke up in the middle of the night to a cut on my right side due to mattress falling apart. Room seems to be infested with some kind of biting insect. I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a problem until I was put in room 10. 3 times I have been put in there now and 3 times I each time the mattress has got progressively worse and I've woken up to bites of some kind all over my body. As someone who doesn't even get bitten by gnats etc or mosquitos on holiday I find this quite concerning. Upon raising this with booking.com 6 days ago I have received 1 message to state they are speaking with the hotel. Terrible customer service and will not use the hotel again until I get a resolution, even after spending over £1000 in the past month alone. So much for loyalty.

Was okay. Would stay again.

Friendly employees, ample parking, big room.

Wasn’t cleaned very well - floor not hoovered properly (still had someone’s 50th party confetti on floor and floor felt bitty, and hairs on shower floor). Also, no plug sockets by main bed.

Not a lot.

Noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed in,very basic. There was damp on the ceiling,the kettle was full of limescale,you didn't even get soap to wash your hands.The noise from the boiler was really loud and there was a strange buzzing noise that carried on all night.On top of that a really loud guest in the room next to us that probably kept the whole hotel awake all night and the pictures advertised are definitely not what you get.Overall the worst stay I have ever had in an hotel,I definitely won't be booking there again.

I was travelling for business but I was very happy with my stay, would definitely be back.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very nice ambiance and the staff was very courteous and professional, they assisted me throughout the evening as I was entertaining guests and they even asked me for business cards at the end of the night. The food was excellent and I was very well looked after.

Only continental breakfast available, I would have happily paid for a full breakfast as I stopped over for the night. Wifi signal poor but it's not down to the hotel, I spoke to a few locals and the area is not well connected so the hotel has no control over it. Having a later checkout would also help (at the moment it's 10am).

Necessary evil, needed to travel and I'm a tightwad.

Booked at the last minute and was the cheapest I could find, half the price of nearby Premier Inn. Plenty of Free parking onsite. Downstairs area is nicely decorated.

Upstairs and bedroom decor is very poor. Damaged and bare walls in places, fusty wallpaper. Holes, cracks, dirty paint. Awful bed, could feel the metal springs digging in. Badly fitted windows, draughty and hear outside noise including a/c units just near the window. Damaged furniture, small TV. Thin douvet, didn't look all that clean. Warning note, telling me not to steal the single towel provided.

Loud generator/fan outside window

The location. New carpet and wallpaper.

I didn't expect a lot due to recent reviews but it was just somewhere for me and my 7 year old to get our heads down after a long day and ready for another long day! The shower head didn't fit in to holder, no teaspoon for tea/ coffee and the 2 small towels in room were frayed and discoloured, some sockets didnt work along with the lamp.. I kind of expected all of that and would have been OK with it (also stale smoke smell in room). What I couldn't deal with is the generation/fan right outside the bedroom window. It was so loud and went on all night!!! I had the worst night sleep I've ever had. Ruined the next day for us as my son was over tired as was I. I did complain but was told it should stop soon as no one else had complained before apparently, it got to 9.30pm and I complained again- no other room left apparently. Said she would offer me discount and free breakfast but due to being through booking.com couldn't offer me a thing! It has also made me realise consider using booking.com as the price is a lot more on booking.com rather than direct through hotel! Do not stay in number 29!

very easy to find on main road, free plentiful parking and pleasant welcoming reception.

Was ok as far as budget place but that's about it.

Really dated rooms. Bed was like sleeping on bricks (room 3) mattress fully blown out. Cant control temp in room and could hear next room .

there was nothing nice with the hotel at all it was dirty the walls had holes in them and the room stank it smelt like somebody was smoking weed in the room and the shower at 8pm wasn’t hot at all it was just cold and then this morning at 6 am it was hot

Nothing much

The beds are bad with springs sticking out , the hotel smells damp and fusty , carpets filthy , housing homeless who are aloud to drink themselves into an oblivion in their rooms, old broken wardrobe and a rip off at £109 a night
