The location is the draw for us, making it easy to access the airport.

We chose the Sheraton based on its location and reputation as a good hotel group.

Open ended showers are always a bit messy with water spraying out onto the floor. It's a visually appealing design but not as practical.

Good place to stay.

Convenient place to stay the night before an early flight out of Milan. Attractive hotel with nice amenities.

That the night manager of the restaurant didn't allow us to play cards (quietly) at the sofas and tables outside of the restaurant. He was actually quite rude about it. We were not bothering anyone and there were no people waiting there to be admitted to the restaurant.

Good location for getting a flight.

Indoor pool is nice for a swim before flight, Only hotel adjoining the actual terminal 1. Nice restaurant. And a bar, Beds are pretty good and actually had a sheet under the doona which is rare for some reason in Europe.

Spa and pool area need some attention. Looking quite worn out, very expensive only would stay again if I had an early flight before midday.

המיקום היה מעולה, נחתנו בלילה ומיד הלכנו 10 דקות ברגל למלון, נמצא גם ממש ליד הרכבת למילנו, כך שלמחרת היינו ישר ברכבת

Relaxing and the perfect way to wind down our trip to Italy!

Loved the convenience of having everything right at the airport for our flight the next day. We enjoyed the executive lounge, the restaurants, as well as the spa! Room was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Hotel confortável e muito prático para quem vai para o aeroporto.

Hotel muito próximo ao aeroporto, praticamente dentro dele, impossível ser mais prático. Um bom restaurante, tamanho do quarto muito bom. Cama espaçosa e banheiro amplo.

As opções de alimentação para quem chega tarde são muito limitadas e devido ao tamanho do hotel, o seu quarto pode ficar um pouco longe.

Het is een hotel op vliegveld aan Terminal.

Ruime kamer en ontbijt was goed.

Veel herrie inpandig van leidingen, koelsystemen, etc. Konden bovenburen tanden horen poetsen, glas op tafel horen zetten, was echter geen overlast van mensen zelf. Tapijt in gang stond op sommige plekken bol, daar kan je lelijk over struikelen. Van buiten hoorden we geen geluiden. Dus gelukkig geen last van auto’s of vliegtuigen.

Simplemente tudo no hotel, atendimento, quarto e localização. A única coisa que poderia ser oferecidas em todas as tarifas é o café da manhã.

Perfection

Perfect location for an overnight stay and early flight the next morning. Caught a train from Milano Centrale, exit the train platform/station and walked straight into the doors of the Sherton and Terminal 1 entrance (departures/arrivals) on the same level. Huge clean airy room with air conditioning, mini bar big comfortable bed, great shower, super-hot water with good water pressure. It may seem expensive - paid 296 euros (room price 220 euros + 6-euro city tax and 30% refundable deposit (converted to AUD is roughly $400-500 depending on the exchange rate for the day booked and any foreign transaction fee on card used) but worth every dollar for a good night sleep and 5-minute walk to departure check in area, for a 24hr flight home.

员工彬彬有礼，早餐非常丰富。酒店位置很好在航站楼内，给的房间不是非常靠里，但酒店很大还是需要打出足够的时间。

浴室的吹风机不好用，风很小，吹很久都吹不干长头发。

Cobrança de tarifa duas vezes e indevida

Da localização (dentro do terminal 1 do aeroporto Malpensa Milan)

Da cobrança duas vezes (foi cobrado pelo Booking em cartão Visa nr final xx86 e fui cobrado pelo Hotel em outro cartão Visa nr final xx21 que apresentei no balcão); além disso, no balcão de recepção, o funcionário do hotel me avisou que faria cobrança extra de aproximadamente EU$113 (além da tarifa de EU$388) para possível gastos durante a estadia e que tal cobrança me seria restituída em breve (ao se comprovar o não consumo adicional no check out de diária de um dia). Ou seja, a tarifa de minha reserva foi de EU$388 e fui cobrado mais que duas vezes o valor original. A tarifa é bastante elevada. Solicito ao Booking ajuda para resolver tal problema de cobrança.

Werde hier nicht mehr kommen.

Das Personal war super nett und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Heizung funktionierte Nachts nicht es war zu Kalt am Morgen und ich konnte daher nicht Duschen. Das Hotel ist viel zu Teuer für was man bekommt. Das Abendessen speziell Teuer übertrieben sind die kleinen Portionen.

خيار جيد لليلة الوصول او عند المغادرة رغم ان السعر غالي

موقع الفندق في المطار وتصل اليه من خلال اللوحات داخل المطار مكتوب اسم الفندق شيرتون بجانب مكاتب تأجير السيارات في الدور الارضي اذا كنت قادم من رحلة

اذا كنت حاجز آخر ليلة في ميلانو وتريد الوصول الى الفندق لا يوجد لوحات تدلك على الفندق صعب جداً بالسيارة ، عليك التوجه الى المطار وعند الوصول اختار مسار المواقف اخر مسار على اليسار وعند النزول لا تدخل المواقف ستجد طريق الى اليسار يوصل الى الفندق للاسف لا يوجد لوحات تدلك على الفندق رغم انك تراه امامك ولا تعلم كيف تصل اليه ، او ان تتجهه الى تسليم سيارة الايجار ومن ثم تصل الى الفندق عن طريق المصعد داخل الفندق في الدور -1 مكتوب الشيرتون .

the convenient location, the comfortable and quiet rooms, and the excellent and delicious restaurant...

television could have had a few more stations, and a couple of the main stations seemed out of order/not working that night (cnn, bloomberg, and nbc), but this is such a small complaint!!

If I don’t have to, I won’t stay here

Very convenient location. Probably the only hotel that is walkable from the airport

Don’t understand how this is a Sheraton hotel. Not super clean. Stains found on carpet/ curtain and 1 stain on bedsheet. We checked out early at 5am to figure out our train logistics. then headed back to the hotel lobby to rest before our train came. security came to chase us out because he couldn’t understand that we literally checked out 10 mins ago. we had to explain multiple times we are hotel guests before they let us rest in lobby. i understand they are doing their job but if security could check with concierge before even chasing us away, it wouldve been a much pleasant experience. if i dont have to, i wont stay here

Easy

Beautiful!! Great stop to catch the next day’s flight. Food was excellent staff were nice and room was up to great standards!! Had everything someone needed.
