food excellent, food or drink seemed unlimited, whatever you required seemed to be available. loved the gardens and the golf cart transport ,what a concept loved it. we had our grandkids with us who also appreciated the beauty and the animals in the gardens did not need "waterslides and parasailing" to experience a good time.
the only complaint i have and this is probably directed at people rather than yourselves, i am not sure how you manage the situation but is an area of concern to your guests is the pool lounger situation. Guests getting up 6am or maybe even earlier claiming loungers that at times never even used until late in the day or even at all, by placing towels and items on them.
Total disregard to others, Do you have to police this, sadly yes ,I am afraid.

We really enjoyed our time here. The food and facilities were exactly what we were looking for.

This was my boyfriend and I's first experience with an all inclusive resort and everything was beyond our expectations. Beautiful resort, large spacious room with a kitchenette, ocean views, good food, and great service. Also there is a sister resort of theirs that is close to downtown so you can take their free shuttle to go into town!
We especially loved our experience at the restaurant the Cordliere. We went there every morning for breakfast and Dario and Adrian were honestly two of the best servers we've ever had.... super personable, excellent service, and we looked forward to having breakfast there every day!

The food in The Bistro and Casa 46 was excellent, everything I order during my stay was great
Facilities, in general everything is old and I understand is the style but chairs, sofas and tables from restaurants as well as bedroom in general needs a renewal, specially the sofas, restaurants were not clean at all, that was kind of disgusting, beach also was not really clean. I was disappointed I read a lot about those things but I was expecting quality from a five star.... probably I will not be back. Also the stores price is beyond expensive, I bought an aloe Vera pot without asking first, and it was more than 15 times normal price.

The staff throughout the resort were amazing and helpful. The waiters were amazing and I felt so well looked after. The type of service from the morning staff at the breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Then service by the pool (shout out to Julio Vargas) was fantastic and I wanted for nothing.
There are areas of the hotel that are starting to age and although I saw the cleaning staff working really hard, there are some bathroom floors that could be replaced/refreshed both in the rooms and near the pool and even around the pool.

The food was ok.
40 minutes for the receptionist Mr. Santiago to allocate my booking, although I showed him the confirmation number with my details.
They made us walk to the room instead of arranging a club car.
I mentioned that we are here for special celebration, and they did nothing. In fact he wanted me to pay for additional items.
The concierge people always eyes on us to force us to buy spa packages and tours, imagine they asked us the type of credit cards we have, even what are our ages although we said we are not interested. That was totally inappropriate and we didn't even see our rooms yet.
The agent who offers towels asked us for key rooms to make sure we are staying in the resort, though they sticked a bracelet in our hands for identification which was so inconvenient to wear 24 hrs. The staff was rude and not maintaining eye contact. I think all staff in the property needs a better training in customer service. The service is really zero.
We asked for water to the room, though it is all inclusive they charged us 4 USD , saying that is a room service charge. Such a rip off.
Staff however in the restaurant are a bit accommodating, specially at Bistro.

was beautiful, clean and quiet.
didn’t like that we were not allowed to go to some of the restaurants with our children. set a time slot that you are allowed to go with children say 6-7:30.

It’s way far away from the noise of the beach resorts. You can actually relax here. staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent. Spa is first class.

All inclusive is not what I expect, only two places to get your meals, there not beach at all, too many rocks, so i f you like beach, this Hotel is the worst decision
Everything is far, bay walking, and the cars that help you, are not often, so You have to walk, or spent a lot of time, waiting for the next one available.

The location was beautiful
The beach was not the best for swimming due to rocks

The customer service is very good and they always were so kind and giving us the right answers and solutions.
We did not like the transportation they offer from airport to the hotel and viceversa. We did not know the transportation is not individual, or private. It is with a group inside a bus. On the web page this is not clear. On next time we will prefer to take a taxi to go out faster and private.

The resort is very nice and big place. Good restaurants and large pools. WiFi works in all premises. Customer service is always nice and good service.
They kind of push you to get a breakfast with them to buy time share.
