Ambiente lindo e limpo, quartos seguros e piscina incrível! Amei os funcionários, super simpáticos e solicitos. Tem um grupo para chamar a galera para algumas atividades, muito bom para quem viaja sozinho!

Fiquei bem satisfeito!

Gostei do ambiente do hotel, decoração, área da piscina, localização (perto de tudo pelo centro), dos atendentes e demais membros do staff, da flexibilidade no check-in, entre outros.

Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com o banheiro compartilhado, que às vezes não estava tão limpo quanto deveria (apesar de que o comportamento de certos hóspedes bagunceiros não possa ser controlado imediatamente pelo staff, e isso não é culpa do hotel).

ME ROBARON DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN

Me robaron en la habitación con llave magnética. Abrieron mi valija con candado, robaron mi cargador original de celular y todo el efectivo de mi billetera, cambiaron de lugar todas mis tarjetas de crédito y armaron nuevamente mi valija. Lamentablemente el personal del hotel no quería ayudarme hasta que insistí dentro del horrible momento que estaba pasando y luego de 2 Hs llegó la gerente del lugar. Aclaro que jamás conocí al responsable del hotel y aclaro también que fui yo la que insistió para ir a denunciar lo ocurrido y fui yo a buscar la copia de denuncia a la delegación policial. Hasta mi check out no tuve novedad sobre las cámaras de seguridad y registro de llaves.

Que no se hicieron responsables de nada de lo que me rodó un huésped o un empleado del hotel. Solo Julia, gerente, me facilitó teléfono y computadora para llamar al seguro, línea aérea y bancos. El hotel solo se hizo cargo de mi transfer de regreso y no me ayudaron a, via la cadena de hoteles que son, poder acceder a recibir dinero o transferencia electrónica. Si me facilitaron una nueva y mejor habitación pero de nada me servía si ya me habían rodado todo lo que tenía. Solo me dejaron la ropa. Una vergüenza y mucha impotencia

O atendimento não é bom. A funcionária estrangeira que trabalha na recepção é muito arrogante e sem educação! Não soube dar informações nem de onde ficavam o quartos. Pessimo atendimento dela.

Hermoso lugar, perfecta ubicación

Ubicación 1000/10, simplememte perfecto Habitacion hermosa, aunque nos cambiamos de una basica a una estandar muy grande. La cama muy cómoda y el closet bello con mucho espacio. Todo en armonia. La piscina es muy linda, aunque deben mejorar la pintura que se estaba saliendo. También ofrecen almuerzo, estaba muy bien, asi te vas tranquilo a disfrutar la playa. Me encantó que tienen eventos en el hall, hacen que el ambiente sea muy agradable. Recomiendo este alojamiento ♥️ volveremos en familia.

El ruido de los motores de los aires que están fuera de la habitación, podrían pensar en utilizar ventanales termopanel. Asi garantizan el buen descanso de sus huespedes. El desayuno está bien, pero podrían tener más opciones, donde se pueda escoger yogurt y frutas. Nos quedamos sin la opción de avocado al 2do día de nuestra estadía (estuvimos 5 días). Nos faltó más feedback de los anfitriones para conocer todo lo que tiene Selina, solo nos enterabamos porque mirabamos la aplicación. Y vaya que tienen cosas, masajes, peluqueria, etc. Nos faltó disfrutar más las instalaciones, podrían incorporar una vuelta completa para conocer bien el lugar.

This hostel is HUGE. They have a great pool, they serve amazing coffee and breakfast, the location is amazing with a big supermarket right in front, and the staff is amazing! Highly recommended!

One of the receptionists was cool

It wasn't quiet at all. In the first room couldn't open the window. One of the staff members was not telling the truth regarding no other rooms available when the music from the dance school below prevented sleeping at 22:00. Only after I asked to get the money back and leave he agreed to give another room. The first day when I arrived they had an overbooking and I had to move to another hotel and paid more for it.

I like the pool

I didn’t like because the room was with a bit mold that was bad for my asthma, also they don’t clean the room , we stated there 6 days the room been cleaned once and because we asked and they just change the bed and the towels, the cleaner didn’t clean the toilet out the floor , was disgusting smelled mold the room and damp.

Good service to the workers inside Hotel. Good ambience and great location.

The trademark SELINA they had like polítics, that their clean services was every 3 days. This is a great problem by the way. The room 122 in the check-in time, has a vomitive smells, and this situation has ocurred everyday. Dont have enough services workers.

it was ok but wouldn’t come back. the price doesnt justify this type of hotel

the place is cute, location is great, the music playing at the pool and reception was very nicely curated

I booked the standard room with shared bathroom (what Selina calls the micro room) and the photos of the bathroom on booking.com didn’t correspond to the actual shared bathroom and this was misleading and disappointing. the shared bathroom wasn’t clean most of the time and most times there wasn’t hot water in the showers. in general, the cleanliness of this hotel is poor: sunbeds and seating around the pool isnt cleaned or sanitized, duvet in the bedroom was without cover and did not look properly clean, same thing for the bath towels. other guests are loud and leave clothes and towels everywhere in common areas near the bedrooms so overall it’s a mess. window in the room didn’t open and there wasn’t a desk with chair in the bedroom.

Overrated, this hotel is a joke !

The room was spacious

A place without service and without generosity. In the room it’s written that they change the bedding every 3 days to protect the planet, I’m totally fine with that, what they don’t mention it’s that they don’t clean nor change the trash everyday ! If you complain they come every day to clean but the room is only made from 4 or 5 pm.. I waited up to 35 minutes in the morning to a have my coffee, a unsmiling waiter didn’t want to give me what was on the menu because it was not the combo breakfast they serve the most. Moreover our massage was unscheduled, the cheesy same music they play is way too loud, most of the front desk people don’t know how to smile, you are forced to download their app and you must fill yourself your check-in data. In short, this place is pretentious and overrated. I’m a frequent traveler and I have stopped writing comments on Booking but I’m so disappointed that this so bad experience deserved a word.. I will never visit à Selina again

Great for friends visiting Búzios.

The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, close to a very touristic street with lots of restaurants and bars. The Orla Bardot is within walking distance.

The bed was quite small, and the locker right above it, I have hit it several times while sleeping.

Overpriced in general. They have a pool but don’t offer pool towels. When asked, the staff suggested we use our room towels for the pool. No phone in the room so if you need to talk to the front desk you have to go there physically.
