Poderia ser melhor pelo valor cobrado na diária.

Localização e serviço de translado para o aeroporto.

A estrutura do quarto. Estrutura antiga e a TV apresentava muito “chuvisco”.

O atendimento bom... so falta um pouco mas de informação, ou seja informação mas clara sobre horario e local que chega o transporte de voces no aeroporto. Porque quando ligamos para o Hotel o atendente nao tem uma informação precisa.

Não recomendo, estabelecimento desorganizado.

Reservamos o hotel para passar uma noite e pegar voo no dia seguinte em Guarulhos. O transfer para o aeroporto oferecido pelo local é bom e pontual. Mas, as acomodações são antigas. O atendimento na recepção é lento, com formação de fila, apesar dos funcionários serem gentis. No quarto, as camas são boas e o espaço é suficiente. Chuveiro é bom.

Ficamos mais de uma hora esperando a liberação do quarto. Realizamos a reserva cerca de 1 hora antes da chegada, o que não justifica não haver acomodação pronta. Entendo que se há disponibilidade na plataforma, isso significa que o local está pronto para receber o hóspede. Nessa data, havia, pelo menos, mais quatro pessoas esperando para dar entrada em seus quartos, o que deu a impressão de ser uma prática recorrente. Só conseguimos acessar a acomodação após a meia noite, reduzindo o tempo de descanso que havíamos planejado. Tentamos negociar um ressarcimento parcial, mas o mesmo foi negado pelo estabelecimento.

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, très correct pour un prix raisonnable. Bon Petit déjeuner et possibilité de se restaurer très tardivement.

Ótimo custo-benefício!

Serviço de restaurante é muito bom, ótimo custo-benefício. Quarto confortável e banheiro com ducha perfeita. Oferecem translado gratuito para o aeroporto, o que é excelente. Recomendo!

Ar condicionado começou a pingar dentro do quarto no segundo dia de estadia. Apontamos o problema para manutenção. Fora esse detalhe, tudo ocorreu bem, atendendo nossas expectativas.

El dormitorio era amplio

Estuve unas horas nomás, muy complicado que te contesten, para la gente, el transporte al menos el mío era un colectivo de los grandes blanco con el nombre del hotel, sale abajo de donde salen los vuelos domésticos en la terminal de colectivos que está ahí.

Bom custo-beneficio e otimo atendimento

O atendimento da staff foi otimo; o hotel era bem localizado e shuttle com aeroporto. Cafe da manha bom.

O quarto era pequeno para um casal e o ar condicionado demorava para funcionar na temperatura adequada para o calor.

Location was near the airport and the shuttle facility was good.

Room was too congested. . Even drinking water was bought . Food came in too late...lost interest to eat by the time.it was delivered.

Good value if you have a long stopover: shuttle, bed, hot shower and breakfast.

A great stayover if you have a long stopover between flights. We arrived at 2 am and used the shuttle. The staff helped us to check in quickly and as one only needs a bed, a hot shower and breakfast before the next shuttle to the airport this is perfect. The hotel was also accommodating and let us do a late check-out.

There was a problem with Booking.com. On the website, I could book a triple room but could not select 3 people. (It was for my husband, my son and myself). I did send a note about this problem to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a double room - it took some time to explain the issue and we had to pay extra for my son (understandable) and wait for an extra bed to be brought to our room. We also asked for another towel for him that did not arrive. Maybe not the hotel's fault but having to deal with this at 3 am in the morning after a long flight is not pleasant)

At least the beadsheets were clean!

The pictures from the booking are totally diferent from the reality! the rooms are very small, not even a bottle of water in the room, dirty bathroom, dirty clothes, old and broken and dirty furniture! there is a smell of.....chlorine and dirt in the whole hotel! I regret I did not made some pictures
