We didn't stay as the complex was dirty and not what we expected from the advertisement.

Everything. The brochure / web pages for the resort did not match what we encountered. We felt we were missold the 'complex' if you an call it that. It was more like a backpacker complex. We will be requesting a refund

Can't use a credit card.

Nice pool good location near lots of restaurants. Clean pools and good cleaning service.

Arrived at night and told we could use the credit card when the manager arrives the next day. Then in the morning told that we couldn't use a card cash only. It left us low on money for the day due to hiring scooters and cash machine only letting us take out 10000 a day which charges 220 bhat each time which is annoying cause home bank charges another £15 so I'm paying £20 each time I withdraw. (It's the principle of paying for my own money) Also a king sized bed is just 2 beds pushed together and that's all the rooms. Falling in-between the gap in the middle of the night isn't fun.

I would recommend it for school groups on camp.

The property reminded me of a school camp facility, or a camping ground. It had two pools, though it was raining while we were there so we didn’t use them. The woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient.

The beds were hard, everything seemed a bit run down. We are not ones to mind ‘roughing it’ but it seemed a little overpriced for that.

No hot water in the bathroom sink!!! Makes shaving a bit challenging :( The pool needs some very serious repair. All the joints (grouting) is gone. The same for the jackusy, So, you better watch your skin and keep your shoes on when you go in the watter

pleasant for a couple of nights

close to water, Restaurants, cafes bars. very sparse, villas set out well and very quiet for good night sleep.

Tv only Thai channels, no subtitles for English. lots of cats wandering around . Pool has very hot water like a bath. building construction all day next door.

Didn’t change my sheets for 8 days I had to ask. Pool had broken tiles on the steps, no EFT facility to pay for the room. Place is a little run down.

staff are not friendly. my booking was cancelled by the management 20 minutes before arrival. I was in taxi at the time. the staff did not explain why. Most of the hotel was vacant. I asked if another room was available. they said no

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Nothing really

The rooms weren’t clean at all. The staff wasn’t very helpful or responsive. When we came in, the AC wasn’t working. They took 2 hours to fix it. They didn’t replace the towels or water bottles at all during our 3 day stay even though they were supposed to. The main door also was also jammed and got stuck during our stay and they had to come fix it, which, to their credit, they did instantly. After our bad experience on the first day, we wanted to cancel the reservation and move to a different hotel. And even though they advertised free cancellation 24 hours before each date, they didn’t honor that and didn’t return the deposit and we were forced to stay in this garbage hotel against our will. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel at all. It’s far from all the tourist spots, staff are unhelpful and somewhat rude, and very very unclean. Please look elsewhere.
