Very good. My partner and I would go again

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Free car park included. Fantastic location, just short walk to the beachfront.

I didn't like the bath/shower, small and hard to move around, needs renovating.

really enjoyed our stay

Location of the room was excellent; bed was comfy but small only a double bed. (we have a queen). Staff that we did come into contact with was friendly and pleasant. Easter long weekend, reception was only open certain hours, which was fine. Pool and spar were clean and catered to our needs. Roof top was an excellent space to eat and enjoy the view. excellent use of space and BBQ's table and chairs to use. Location was key as we walked everywhere over our stay.

Kitchen floor was greasy for a freshly clean room.

Over all the place is quite nice, however there are no staff at night,

There are no staff at night or security, example, we could not sleep one night until 2 am as there were some people using the pool until 2 am and making a lot of noise!! Another example , a lady locked out of her room and could not get in and had to sleep on the couch all night!!

It was very relaxing

So central to everything didn’t have to drive very clean lovely staff very helpful can’t wait to come back it wasn’t our first time it’s our go to hotel to stay at just love it next time we would like a seaside room but in saying that the poolside was nice thank you for a great stay

Happy & well rested . Enjoyed the facilities but my hubby & I wished we could have afforded to stay.

An inviting clean comfy welcome home feeling. I luved the ocean / beach atmosphere in our apartment. The little touches around the room was delightful. Fabulous sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the pool. Spectacular views.

The price for our accommodation was a bit out of our budget. We would have liked to stay longer , unfortunately we couldn’t afford it.

Overall recommended. Easy walk to beach, cafes and shops.

Rooftop Terrace bbq area, pool, spa and sauna were all great.

But noisy at times on our balcony as above check in and loading zone out front .. refrigerated trucks stopping and running engines.

That there is a new resort being constructed across the street, which would in time block some of the views from this location.

If staying again would request a unit facing the mountains to avoid the noise.

View of the water was good from 5th floor. Unit was very welcoming & spotlessly clean & fresh on entry, thank you Sarah. Pool, spa & sauna excellent, entire area had just been geurnied clean. Lifts were fast arriving. The rooftop was amazing 🤩

Construction & a very busy intersection out front was extremely noisy when out on balcony. There was often the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining balconies so we could not spend time out there at all as it was complete unpleasant ☹️

Really relaxing place

It's a really amazing place, you can really relax yourself in there. The Sauna was perfect, the room big and super comfortable and the staff extremely nice. I loved stay there. Super Advice!!!

Room 302 - Nice room. Different layout. spacious

Room location 302 - location good. Room nice but a few things not working properly. The microwave had a wrong glass turntable on it. put food in to heat up and it didn't turn around. The pillows to the bed were very flat. The lounge seating was very soft and worn, so you would sit on the timber frame. The TV had a black line going down it to one side of the picture. The shower base was missing corking/grout/silicone and the tiles to the base looked dirty. Sauna to the top seating of the room, the timber was all worn and sticking up, splinter danger.

An awesome weekend was had and the views were spectacular.

The location was perfect

No plates, cutlery or any sort of eating utensils. Even though it is a studio apartment and did have coffee a couple of plates and basic cutlery would have helped.
