Better than hoped for

It was exactly as I would expect a traditional french hotel, the room was like a movie set. Absolutely loved it, staff were great and went above and beyond to help.

Wir hatten Angst um unser Leben +

Sehr sehr schlecht alles voller Schimmel als Asthmatiker eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Die Balkontür ging nicht zu und der Balkon war für das Nachbar Zimmer zugänglich wir hatten Angst!! Das Wasser war mit Chlor was eine Allergie hervorgerufen hat 0/10 Sternen 😡

J’ai un doute sur le ménage fait dans la salle de bain ou le sol et la douche n’étaient pas propres et où j’ai fini mon séjour sans papier toilette

Nous n'y retournerons pas

la gentillesse du monsieur à l'accueil

salle de bain minuscule et vétuste il n' y a pas de place entre le toilette et la douche on ne peut pas s'assoir obligé de se mettre sur le cote ou bien sur il y a le lavabo ....bref salle de bain impraticable sans parler de la porte de douche cassée et remplacée partiellement par un rideau ...literie moyenne avec couverture …. l'époque des couvertures est révolue simplement pour une question d'hygiène

Good for a short stay

1. Great location - we could easily walk to metro station, bakeries, & restaurants.

1. Size of bathroom was too small. It was very inconvenient to use. 2. Not properly cleaned.

Good

Very central, literally 4-5 minutes from the Gare de l'Est by metro or 10 minutes walking distance. Very nice and helpful team.

I have to say that I had a single room, a very small and not so modern room, BUT it was during fashion week so there was not so much choice left. And it's a 2 Star hotel so it was ok for me.

Pleasant

I liked the area that this hotel was located. Being along a less busy street made it quieter at night. The staff was very friendly.

We happen to be there during a heatwave and there is no air conditioning. Even sleeping with the windows open just wasn't cutting it. The shower was so small I could only move the shower wand to clean with.

Exceptional

Charming Parisian 2 star. Not luxury but clean, comfortable, very quiet, everything you need. Above all the staff were great, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location is superb, particularly for anyone arriving by Eurostar.

convenient location

the staff was super friendly, you can leave your luggage if you arrive early and if you don’t plan on leaving to the airport until later.

wifi was a bit spotty but it works. the room is pretty small for two twin beds, the bathroom even smaller. if you are facing the street side be prepared to hear a lot of street noise.

Good

The bed was very comfortable and the daily maid service was impeccable. The room had two full length door/ windows on the street; when closed all was completely silent. Although my room was directly across from the elevator I was never bothered by noise outside the room. During my 5 days there were three different guys at the front desk and they were each delightful and helpful.

Very good Wi-Fi in the hotel but not in my room. Bathroom was perfectly clean but old, moldy (smelly), and tiny (at 1.88m could barely sit on the toilet).
