They let me use the hotel garage to store my bicycle at night. Close to ciclovia.
Staff don´t care at all about your business, most unfriendly people I have ever met, they do make you feel your not welcome at all and that they prefer not to have you in the hotel. Air conditioning didn´t work, so there was no way of warming the room in 5° temperature.

This hotel is simple, but very clean! It is pretty close to the sea and to the beautiful botanical garden of Sanremo. The staff is sympathetic and responsive.
My room was small, but nice. The air conditioner was very powerful and quiet.
For this price one couldn't ask for more in Sanremo.
The hotel is positioned a little bit away from the old town and the centre of the city.

room is small , but clean, very low cost.
the room is oriented towards the high traffic street (Aurelia) , so it was very noisy . I left already after the first night, no refund had been offered by the director of the hotel.

Very kind staff. They were kind wiht children we had. Good couselling for going outside to eat or where to park the car.
We missed breakfast. There are big rooms in this hotel but we had no breakfast. With children this is a little big difficult.
The situation of the hotel is very loud because of the busy street...

Nice position. Easy to walk from train station and quick walk to beach.
Small cosy hotel for short stay. Good air conditioning. I had nice balcony.
For my purpose it was OK and good price.

This place is good if you are needing a one-night stay and you're using the place purely as a place to sleep. I am a South African and I was traveling alone so those factors informed my view of the hotel. It is small and old-fashioned, but it did the job. My room had a working air conditioner. The shower is small by my standards but it had beautiful hot water and pressure. There is good working Wi-Fi. Note that at time of writing, they didn't serve breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant stay.
It would be amazing if breakfast was served.

The staff was nice and welcoming.
As the hotel is in the city center, of course there was a bit of noise which is normal but close to our room, we can hear people talking until 3/4am in the morning...

Cost compared to other places. Decent location. Checkin was easy.
Rooms arranged oddly, furnishings very dated. Bed not the worst, but far from best. Mine faced a busy street with traffic at all hours. Windows and walls are very thin. I could hear every small noise from the suites around. Any conversation in adjoining rooms, clearly audible. Ended up leaving a night early.

Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, location, good value for money
