Great design, spacious rooms, professional and polite staff

What we appreciated: Quick check-in, checkout, comfortable, spacious room with well-utilized, yet spacious spaces. Generous equipment, comfortable beds, immaculate cleanliness. The design was reminiscent of a luxury yacht, with restrained colors and elegant lines. Despite the hotel's central location, it has great, quiet rooms. The proximity of the subway and the huge supermarket was also important to us. We arrived in the heatwave, and were welcomed with chilled water and the well-functioning air conditioning. The staff were helpful and polite. The care that covers even the smallest details makes you feel the attention to serving the needs of the guests in all means. Thank you again, staff! All of the above mentioned made our two days in Berlin a great experience. We hope to be back soon!

War nicht so wie erwartet.

Der Aufzug und das die Etage mit der Karte gesperrt war.

Zuerst war die Ankunft sehr schlecht. Wir waren etwas früher wie 15 Uhr da. Wir wurden garnicht begrüßt und abgewimmelt, das wir später kommen sollen. Dann haben wir unser Zimmer bekommen… waren 2 Einzelbetten, anstatt ein Doppelbett. Mit Rücksprache mit der Rezeption haben wir dann ein anders Zimmer bekomm. Das jedoch ohne Fenster war. Sah total komisch aus und war auch noch Dreckig. Zudem hatten wir Probleme mit der Parkkarte. Das Tor ging nicht auf. Leider kein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Im Nachhinein hat es sich gelohnt 😎

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und auch das Fenster zu öffnen!

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir uns etwas verloren gefühlt.... der Uber hatte uns am Hintereingang aussteigen lassen, keine Rezeption, die Tür ging vorerst nicht, dann schwer auf. Die Rezeption im 2. Stock im "Innenhof" sollte besser beschrieben werden. Wir haben das Angebot angenommen, die Reinigung nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen (Getränkegutschein), aber es kam dennoch das Personal, um die Betten zu machen und die Handtücher zu wechseln (lagen aber nicht mal am boden).

zum 2ten mal zufrieden. wir kommen wieder...

als alter Moabiter aus der Havelberger übernachten wir hier sehr gerne, hatten jetzt schon das 2te mal das selbe Zimmer ohne Frühstück. da es unten im Haus eine Bäckerei gibt. U-Bahn, Bus. usw ist gleich vor Ort, leckere Pizza gibt es gegenüber.blöd ist nur, dass man nur mit Krditkarte Buchen kann...über Boocking gehts aber auch mit Paypal usw.

man kann nicht mit EC /Girocard bezahlen.. cash geht aber immer oder eben Kreditkarte

Gute Lage, super Frühstück

Sehr großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten und tolles, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Die Lage ist super,na an der U-Bahn, Tiergarten in 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt im gleichen Gebäude und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir hatten das Angebot wahrgenommen auf frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche zuversichtlich,was bei 3 Nächten für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Allerdings hätten wir es schön gefunden,wenn wit trotzdem frische Gläser bekommen hätten. So waren wir gezwungen die Gläser im Bad selbst zu spülen.

Miserable Kommunikation bzgl. Fundsachen

Am 9. bis 11. Februar 2024 war ich in Ihrem Hotel und hatte meine hochwertige Mütze (im Wert von ca. 600€) im Zimmer vergessen. Eine Stunde nach dem Auschecken rief ich sofort an, damit man bitte nachsehen und die Mütze für mich aufbewahren konnte. Dies wurde nur bedingt schnell bearbeitet, und am nächsten Tag erhielt ich (zunächst) die abschließende Rückmeldung, dass das Housekeeping sie nicht gefunden habe. Das warf bei mir große Fragezeichen auf, da ich mir zu 100% sicher war, dass sie dort noch lag. Ich war ziemlich traurig und schrieb daraufhin Bewertungen, in denen ich meine Enttäuschung ausdrückte und die Ehrlichkeit aller Beteiligten infrage stellte. Das war zu diesem Zeitpunkt gerechtfertigt. Als ich dann jedoch eskalierte, wurde ich vom Hotel kontaktiert und informiert, dass die Mütze doch gefunden wurde und zur Abholung im Fundbüro bereitläge. Das Hotel entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und erklärte den Vorfall mit einer internen Misskommunikation. Soweit, so gut. Vielen Dank für das Nachhaken! Die Guest Service Managerin forderte mich auf, die Bewertungen "schnellstmöglich" zu löschen und die Mitarbeiter nicht zu verurteilen. In meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung habe ich niemanden verurteilt, sondern lediglich meine Gefühle ausgedrückt und die Ehrlichkeit der Hotelsmitarbeiter "infrage" gestellt. Zum Glück hat sich meine Frage nach der Ehrlichkeit nicht bestätigt. Vielmehr müsste ich die interne und externe Kommunikation bei Ihnen infrage stellen. Ich persönlich empfinde sie als miserabel. Vielen Dank dafür, dass die Mütze doch gefunden wurde. Meine Enttäuschung bzgl. Kommunikation besteht jedoch weiterhin, und meiner Meinung nach ist sie bei diesem Customer Relationship Management berechtigt.

Top Hotel - Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal allesamt sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, wirklich für jeden Gast etwas dabei. Alles frisch, top! Wir kommen gerne wieder in das Hotel.

Der einzige Punkt, der uns in diesem Jahr etwas aufgefallen ist: der Wasserdruck der Duschbrause war ziemlich schwach. Ansonsten alles super!

Toller Aufenthalt, tolles Frühstück! Gerne wieder!

Wow! Das Frühstück ist wohl einzigartig! Super Auswahl! Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut ereichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der hoteleigene Parkplatz und der Einkaufsmarkt im gleichen Gebäude.

Ggf. etwas längere Wege vom Zimmer zum Empfang, aber absolut passabel.

Comodità check in e check out online. Camera grande pulita e silenziosa. Letto comodo. Vicino a metro Birkenstrasse, ben collegato con tutti i luoghi di interesse.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was superb, a variety of food, very tasty, the employees from the hotel were multilingual, very nice, even those from breakfast- they were always watching to clean the tables, take the empty plates etc.

I booked a superior double room and when I got into the room me and my husband actually thought that it’s a standard one. I even called at the reception just to make sure that it was the right room😅 So I think the price was kinda high for this “superior” double room

Fabulous hotel with lovely courtyard, the room was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice you will definitely not go hungry

Nice hotel with a good location and excellent breakfast, but WiFi connection has to be improved.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (really large), the equipment was also very good. Very good place to buy all important things (shopping centre directly in the building) and for transport (train and metro stop was near) . The breakfast was really excellent.

We had a lot of problems with WiFi. This was a business hotel, so high-quality and secured WiFi is a necessity. It was a problem to get on the WiFi, sometimes it didn't work at all or its speed was very slow, and we only needed to provide basic email correspondence.
