A great location, lovely staff and good food

Breakfast and dinner were very good, the room was a decent size as was the bathroom

The room was stuffy with a small window so not much natural light. The view was poor and the window frame was rotten

Nice hotel, good breakfast no air conditioning in bedroom.

Location and the breakfast was excellent.

Fabulous hotel , great location , will certianly recommend

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff , the delux room was overlooking the river and was beautifully decorated and very clean Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room , plenty of choices

The room was very warm , even when we turned the radiater off

Staff were excellent but the food menu was rubbish considering it was a week before Christmas - no festive menu? Staff were lovely. Telly remote in room didn't work, had to get out of bed to switch off, very draughty room and located far end of hotel complex. Expensive for room and extra breakfast in morning

Great Location, lovely hotel, friendly staff. Would stay again

Location was ideal. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Food was really nice. Rooms clean.

Excellent stay for reasonable price.

The reduced price for a lovely room. Would be nice if those prices could be maintain throughout the year.

A walkway from the stables to the main hotel would be beneficial to prevent having to walk outside in bad weather when going for breakfast / drinks / dinner. Also difficult to take drinks back to room. TV was very small for the room.

Lovely hotel, perfect location and good food.

Friendly staff nothing seemed like too much trouble, breakfast was lovely, hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and location was perfect.

The room was very warm even when turning the radiator down and opening the window. Bed was ok but not the as comfortable as our hotels we have stayed in. This did not take away from our stay and we have a lovely time.

Picturesque hotel with fabulous views

Lovely setting, easy access to all amenities . Comfortable spacious room overlooking the falls.All staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent too.

Wonderful stay.

Fabulous stay, lovely room, bed was so comfortable, bath in the room (203) , staff super helpful and friendly, looking forward to staying again. Restaurant below, staff were really lovely and food beautiful.

Great Hotel and location

We had a family room (214) lovely spacious room, 1 double and 2 single beds, with 2 bathrooms, 1 walk-in shower the other with a bath. Restaurant food was very good, breakfast was just what we needed for a days walking. Ample car parking.

Great location and room was clean and tidy

Very hot in the room all night. The desktop fan just blew hot air. Couldn’t leave the window open as the kitchen extractor fans were outside the window.

Exceptional

The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Also The Stables pub next is run by the hotel too and the food there is also excellent. The short rib of beef and the local burgers were superb!

Really great day great location would definitely return

Location is brilliant, rooms were good, food was great and staff were great

The room is really hot, and sometimes the road noise disturbed me at night, and being located near the bar. Next door was quite loud until midnight.
