the location and breakfast were outstanding. Shoutout to Sotiris for being a legend!
most of the staff were great except for one very unfriendly guy who worked at the bar in the restaurant.
3.0
perfect location
not the same without the family running it, bar closed early, staffing was patchy, food seriously over priced.

great location and facilities
part of the accommodation (the original part) is quite tired and dated however this is only a minor point
3.5
location for lifts and access to spa facilities in main hotel. great breakfast buffet. friendly bar and reception staff.
some waiting staff clearly unhappy in their role - one arguing with others in middle of service. no a La carte dinner available this week
the extra bed in the room was a rock hard sofa bed
4.0
Perfect place with perfect ski and wellness experience
3.5
Nice breakfast with many options, clean room, close to the lifts
Very hot ski room which makes you sweaty a lot!! Electrical wires were exposed on the lamp in the bathroom. That was quite dangerous because the distance between shower head and lamp is max 30cm.

The room was full of silverfish and millipedes. My daughter had to change room twice. and in the end we get 60 Euros discount. we will never go back again to this Hotel.

Nice place, welness, parking, friendly personal
4.5
Very nice one night stay. Good value for the money, although we only stayed for one night and have paid a last minute price for our room. Hotel has a great interior, some reviews are mentioning backdated things, for me personally this are the most interesting little touches. Small but nice outdoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor pool and sauna have made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would agree with some other reviews that this hotel probably lacks a few bits to be rewarded a 5* Restaurant definitely needs a bit of a work. We were not able to have a dinner. The staff informed us the restaurant was fully booked although it did not look fully booked at all. One of the staff members told us they were short of staff but lots of them were around not knowing what to do. We had to ask to order our drinks on the terrace outside as no one approached us to offer us a drinks. Breakfast choices were great but unfortunately some food was cold by 9.00am. I do have to give a special mention to Iva from the restaurant who was very attentive and definitely very capable.
4.5
Amazing hotel, great staff, excellent food and facilities.
We booked rooms pool side to avoid the noise of lifts and vehicles first thing in the morning, unfortunately we were piste side and woken every day.
