Чистый бассейн. Красивая территория отеля: зелёная и ухоженная. Хорошая еда. Даже по бокалу вина или пива идёт в обед и ужин- бесплатно. Приличный кофе. Приветливый персонал. Удобный матрас. Программа аниматорская каждый день. Аква-аэробика, детская анимация, день национальной кухни и музыки. До моря 3 минуты пешком. Полотенца меняют раз в 2 дня. Радует, что используются многоразовые пластиковые стаканы. Фрредо (холодный кофе)в главном баре - отличный. Если бы чистота была на должном уровне и не ужасный аниматор-диджей, было бы отличное соотношение цена/качество.
1. Отвратительная сантехника в номере. Зелёная и в налёте, было просто страшно мыться, тропический душ мы даже не включали, а лейку душа прочищали самостоятельно зубочисткой. Сообщили на ресепшн: покивали, но проблему не устранили.
2. Переодически неприятный канализационный запах
3. Очень навязчивый и раздражающий диджей и аниматор. В первый день вообще ставил музыку у бассейна слишком громко и менял треки каждые 30 секунд, это было похоже на пытку.
4. У отеля нет своей территории на пляже. Пляж не обустроен. Ни лежаков, ни тенька, ни кабинок для переодевания, ни душа, ни туалета. Дикий пляж, дорога, галька. Солнцепек. (Мы искали другой пляж, где брали лежаки платно)
5. Вид из номера включал в себя так же картину: поддоны, старые какие-то яхты, свалка. Это не вина отеля, но неприятно.
6. Пина-колада в главном баре - отстой. Не берите.
7. Без машины там делать нечего. Учитывайте, что по близости нет ни ресторанов, ни магазинов, ни развлечений.
8. Музыка всегда очень громкая и на убогий вкус этого самого диджея
9. Много итальянцев отдыхает и персонал тоже итальянцы, это не минус, но специфика
10. Кондиционер действительно расположен прям над кроватями, но удалось договориться с ним и направить воздух вверх. Шумный, но работает.
11. Комары. Действительно они есть и они злобные. Не вина отеля, но купить какой-то спрей лучше заранее.
12. Воробьиные и ласточкины гнезда повсюду, отсюда и куча птичьего помёта везде. Балкон был весь в птичьем дерьме. Никто не убирал.

There is value for the price, a cute hotel very close to the sea, a large room that is perfectly well equipped except for a coffee system, a private pool in front of the balcony, a beautiful public pool, a bar, tennis courts, ping pong and a gym, nice and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast with a large buffet, 10 minutes drive from Lindos beach and Saint Paul beach. Hope to go back there next vacation. highly recommend!
There is no coffee set in the room, half of the double bed that was in my room, the mattress sleeps with sockets in the middle, there are sometimes performances in the bar in the evening and it is a bit disturbing if you want quiet, but when you close the window, you can hardly hear. The safe cash box it is with payment.

Il cibo era ottimo, oltre le mie aspettative, pasta espressa e pietanze ogni giorno diverse e soprattutto fresche. Il personale gentilissimo, dalla reception, al ristorante, dal bar fino alle cameriere ai piani. Posizione strategica, da cui si poteva raggiungere tutte le principali località in macchina.

My visit was very , very early in the season ( last week April) Not the Hotel's fault but there was a lot of building work surrounding the site. A new beach front development made the beach access thru' a building site - dusty and rubbish everywhere. There are no nearby bars, cafe, restaurants, Largos village 20/30 min walk. I guess a lot of people stay within the hotel, with its pool etc..
Despite the blackout curtain,the room is pretty light over night ( security lighting and exit signs etc.. so take a sleep mask if that bothers you

Not faraway from the sea and beach, about 200 m. Sea is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen is excellent! The food is diverse and delicious. Not faraway from famous city Lindos. Good swimming pool. Good animation. Good for children
Room cleaning is not perfect. I would like sheets and towers changed more often then in 3-4-5 days. We always asked to add soap to shower. And I couldn't get iron, asked several times, never got :(

A nice hotel with beautiful gardens, clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. The village (2 km. away) is nice to visit. The food, especially lunch and dinner is very good. I'd recommend this hotel to families with kids. The entertainment teaw was superb.
The design of the shower door causes the bathroom floor to be very wet after shower which was annoying. There was an unpleasant sewer odour outdoors (not all the time, it comes and goes)

The Hotel seems to be renovated so it‘s modern and has a very nice Lobby and a market. It is suitable for families with kids but not for young people or couples.
We had dinner 1 time at the restaurant there and it was good and tasty and the breakfast was ok. The Bar at the pool is also nice.
The juice in the restaurant seems to be cheap and it tastes like just water and sugar! The water coming from the machine at the restaurant tastes awful. For the breakfast there is just black coffee. Although the staff is young, they seem not very happy about their job! They have like a fake smile!
The telephone in our room was not working and the door of the balcony was difficult to open . The shower is open so all the room got wet when we showered . In the evening there was a very bad smell in our room, coming maybe from the sinkhole. There’s no water bottle or any kind of drinks in the room, we had to buy everything from the market. The cleaning should be better for a 3 stars hotel.

Great value for money. Close to some nice beaches in the area, Lee beach especially. You can use the water park facilities of the nearby Olive garden hotel for only €10 per person, which was a great hit with our 6 year old. The receptionist (dark hair lady with T-rex tattoo) was exceptionally welcome and helpful and even escorted us to our room and offered assistance with luggage. Rooms are renovated, clean with a nice bathroom and large TV. Food is as expected for the price.
Beware of mosquitos and sewage smell from nearby fields. The bartender from the pool bar needs to be sent to a customer care course, really not doing your business any good with his attitude. The girl working with him was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

I had to fightig with spiders before sleep. The staff was rude except the reception which was really pleasant. The main pool closes at 20:00 and whole place looks like shut downs at the same time. From guests what I saw and the vibe that is in there it suits elder people more. We were a couple staying there and we felt like in the wrong place we were glad that we took one stay and traveled further

We really liked the location of the hotel, the view is beautiful, sea is from a couple minutes of walking. Really liked the staff, who were always very nice and helpful. The food that was served for breakfast was delicious. There is pool bar where you can get some drinks and play some games like pool, air hockey - but you have to pay 1-2 euros to start the games.
Also very convenient that there was a mini market in the hotel.
We didn't really like that there wasn't a broader variety of food for breakfast, always the same choices and just a couple of warm foods to choose from - eggs (cooked or boiled) or pancakes.
In the evenings, they were always playing the same kids songs from 8 to 9 p.m. which was starting to get a bit annoying if you just wanted to relax after a long day of travelling.
Also there were ants in the room we were staying, which wasn't really pleasant as they bite while you sleep .

Family atmosphere, amazingly friendly Italian staff, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and peacefull unlike in a big hotel. Good base for trips around southeast Rhodes.
The options to walk by the beach are limited, and the beach is also not great (much better sand and gravel options are 5 min away by car though). The water for postmix and breakfast buffet is desalinated and does not taste good. There are some construction works around hotel that could have been done out of season.

The staff were amazing and the animation crew were an outstanding group of young people who kept us all entertained. Same goes for the lovely on-site team and catering staff. The beds were comfortable, plenty of sunbeds and good access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable throughout.
For a 3 star hotel, we got more than we expected. The only thing to bear in mind when booking is that the hotel is a little away from the village of Lardos (7 Euro taxi ride) and Pefkos (14 Euros). Allow for a hire car in tour budget to explore the many excellent tavernas in the area.
