Posizione e personale fantastici

Posizione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo, massima cortesia e disponibilità. Camere un po' piccole ma graziose.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e, anche se il periodo non aiutava, in camera era un po' troppo caldo.

I was very glad to have this "base" for a four-day stay, including a day trip to Giverny.

A good value, centrally located. I was glad that I added the daily Petits Déjeunés, also a good value. Staff friendly and helpful when asked. window view of the lovely Palais de Justice.

NOT its fault! -- having France's FETE DE LA MUSIQUE with rock bands until midnight, right outside my window, which made my Day One's tired arrival a lot more tired . . .

La posizione, in pieno centro storico, è eccezionale. La struttura antica a graticcio, con impareggiabile vista sul Palais de Justice, è suggestiva.

La camera ed il bagno erano puliti, ma 2 dei quattro cuscini erano spiegazzati e sporchi, ci abbiamo trovato dei peli. Peccato, forse è stato a causa di una svista del personale

Lage im Zentrum ideal. Ruhig und typisch Französisch.

Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Kritik, haben wir vorher gewusst.

L'emplacement au sein de la ville, la chambre et sa décoration.

Manque d'isolation entre les chambres. Chauffage non en fonction à l'arrivée, température de la pièce trop basse.

Great stay in the city center

I liked everything in this hotel: from it's location (my room overlooked Justice Palace) to the comfort of the bed and amenities. Everything was super clean. Clear instructions on check in (it was Sunday, everything was closed, so they left me a card and a pin code to get in). Even though the hotel is located right in a smack of the city center,vit was surprisingly quiet. Please be aware that the hotel is located in an old historical building: there is no elevator. Only a narrow spiral staircase. So if you have mobility issues, this place is not for you.

It was so bad we left after one night.

The view was nice. Staff was kind.

The manager promised he would reimburse us for our stay but did not. I showed him photos of our room with mold, a hand held shower that wouldn’t stay up for hands free showering, and a bag from the previous occupant which was left as the room was not cleaned well. I contacted them through booking.com via both email and phone afterwards and still no response. Don’t stay there.

my partner and I stopped here on our tour around France, such a lovely hotel and area! staff are amazing

I loved the location, so central but far enough away from the main roads so you aren’t hearing all of the traffic. the staff are so supportive and friendly. we had an issue with the hairdryer not working in the room, but the staff had this resolved within 10 minutes so it barely impacted us at all. such a lovely place! we will most certainly be back.

It was a short visit, the hotel room view was a highlight.

The view outside our window was amazing! We had full view of the courtyard of the Palais de Justice. We felt like we were living in history in a way not quite experienced before. The hotel was close to other historical places we were able to visit.

The directions to the hotel were insufficient, and finding parking was very difficult. So we started off very frustrated. As a travelers' note, they are not open on Sundays, you are on your own.

wouldn’t stay here again because it’s in desperate need of renovation.

the bed was comfortable and we had a fantastic view from our bedroom window. staff were friendly. central location

needs investment. sink plug was stuck closed. couldn’t switch shower over bath to the tap. black mould in bathroom. walls all scuffed and marked. breakfast was pre-served and limited. cold croissants (but they tasted good), baguette, butter and jam, pot of plain yoghurt, pot of apple purée and tea/coffee or chocolate. ok for the price.

Location of hotel in the heart of the Old Town could not be better.

Location could not be better. The rooms overlooking the Palais de Justice made the room selection perfect.

Some good, some bad.

The location is great. It’s right in the center of the old city. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was four floor walk up on narrow winding stairs. The room was tight. About 100sf. The bathroom was serviceable, nut the tub small and the shower hand held. Parking was a block and a half away in a municipal garage.
