Perfect location for Hallbybollen

The location was great as I wanted to be near Elmia hall. The breakfast was fantastic. the gym was great and the room was very clean.

The room was a little sterile, but very clean and fine for one night.

Disappointing

The breakfast was okay and the staff were helpful

Stayed here for Dreamhack. Paid almost 9000sek for three nights only to get a room in some sort of basement that resembled a prison cell more than a hotel room. Should be more value to rent a car and stay at a hotel in a more remote location. Would not recommend to anyone

Convenient hotel with great breakfast

Good location when passing through Jönköping. Easy access to the highway and free parking. Facilities are good. Big selection in the breakfast buffet.

The food in the restaurant is overpriced.

Nice pitstop on our roadtrip

Nice and varm indoor all over. The breakfast was excellent!! The staff: very pleasant with smile :)

Reasonable accommodation with good breakfast

Breakfast was really good, even though a bit overcrowded. Not too far from down-town and some nice surroundings.

No air-conditioning. Just a ventilator. Room was a bit small for 3 people.

Good stay in nicely furnished room

Nice clean room but on the small side. Comfortable beds. Appealing decor. Fabulous breakfast and friendly professional staff at reception.

No air conditioning in rooms but all public areas air conditioned. I’d prefer the place I’m paying to sleep in to be air conditioned. The window opened an inch. We borrowed a fan from reception but without it we’d have had an uncomfortable night. Out of the way but parking available.

great breakfast and very good proximity to highway, no noise though at all.

lobby and welcome drink for kids, breakfast was awesome! this is the best Scandic hotel we ever stayed in Sweden so far!

we booked one family room but got two twin rooms instead, that was not an easy thing to handle with our youngest daughters. ventilation was not working properly at one room, so sleep was not comfy at all in it.

Nice atmosphere and helpful staff

Fabulous pool facilities adjacent and amazing person. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could have had more electric car charging stations at the car park as relatively large hotel.

fell short on expectations

Staff were great. Food was adequate for breakfast. Location was good for motorway with good parking facilities.

Room was dissapointing, very basic, uncomfortable bed, bathroom door in need of repair. Hotel felt old and out dated

Good

Breakfast was good and despite few things really tasty. Staff was all the time around tables, super fast and efficient when it comes to table tiding up.

Despite good breakfast mandatory registration with external company to be able to eat it is ridiculous. Now I'm getting 3 times a week spam from this service provider.

Great breakfast, is what I remember.

The breakfast buffé is fantastic and second to none. A really huge choice of stuff, hot and cold - all displayed in a very nice manner. Excellent!

Sorry to say, the attitude of some of the staff was lacking. I guess the location makes it easy to get repeat guests but also sometimes lowers the bar for people, even in the service industry.

nice breakfast, kind staff, but pls provide mote for travellers with pets

breakfast was very nice, and staff was kind

it is very nice that the hotel welcomes dogs. i have to pay extra 20 eur for a dog, absolutely fine. however I am very disappointed if being with a dog means i am treated with lower quality and lower service. just because i travel with a dog, i dont want to stay in a room which is not renovated, on a corridor far away. i booked a room on booking.com which had nice, new, fresh design. our expactations were not met. all in all staff was very nice, breakfast was amazing. i am leaving this comment to help to further improve. thank you.

Drive into and park a car was easy, quick check in, quiet room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Easy to find, a lot of parking space. 24 hour reception. Quick check in and check out. Typical "Scandic" (it means - as good as Scandic used to be).

A little louder door closing (room, bathroom) would be nice.
