Exceptional

Much better than any luxury hotel in Kyiv. Now, to come here for vacation, too long and little risky because of blined missiles. . But, here, the SPA facility of this hotel is very fanstatic, and employees are so kind.. So highly recommended this hotel.and Dnipro for family and couples, after war. Wish be safe all employees in this hotel... Slava Ukraine

Great facilities, but horrible manager.

Well maintained sauna and spa and spacious rooms, if you are placed in one of the newly-renovated rooms.

We had a horrible experience with the front desk manager Oleksei. First, he deliberately misled us about the availability of rooms so we would pay 4x the amount for a deluxe suite. When I complained, we were placed back into the type of rooms we had originally booked in the first place -- despite his insistence they were sold out. What a hassle. One of my colleague's rooms had broken AC - no joke during a Ukrainian summer! Oleksei said someone had tried to fix it even though no one had. My colleague had to switch rooms again at 11 PM and was placed in a room far smaller and shabbier than the room we had paid for. Finally, two of my colleagues had their phones swiped at the sauna; Oleksei did nothing to help us locate the phones, brushing us off when we asked for help.

One of the Best Hotels in Ukraine

Amazing friendly service, very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, nice location with a park nearby. Expect WOW! I was pleasantly impressed when i were organized a taxi to the airport free of charge. I am really proud to know we have such great hotels in Ukraine)

As for a SPA hotel, i would recommend the owners to pay attention to the quality of bath products (shampoo and shower gel) in the rooms - this is the only point which needs improvement.

Pleasant

The therapy massage and foot great. The staff works hard. Good idea room beautiful really and clean.

Temperature at the room could not lower at 23 gr. Was hard to sleep in het. Also in Hotel everywhere was hot. The restaurant it is not what you can aspect for 5 stars. The spa first level could be renewed it's to old or restyle. If you go the other part it's good. The breakfast 5 stars hotel coffee in a cup?????? Come on you can not do that.

Breakfast was okay the staff was good, and it had a terrific exercise gym.

The hotel should not be rated as a five-star hotel it lacks a few things that you would expect in a five star hotel, the spa was nice but you had a lot of kids running around like if it was Disneyland, there's no possible way that you can enjoy or relax in the spa, also did not appreciate the almost naked men running around the spa especially when kids were around, there's also certain days of the week that they call man's day it's basically men that are fully naked, what straight men would want to see other naked men. I also had a problem with every room they gave me something or another never worked

Central location

I was in transit with a vehicle-my primary concern was safe parking which hotel provides. It is just behind the hotel, guarded and fenced. Given the fact that hotel is located in center parking is a luxury. Staff was amazingly nice, Ilija was at the reception when i arrived and he was very accommodating! Room was clean and spacious. I was not interested in spa so i didn’t check it 🤷‍♀️ there are two parks close to hotel, and the beach at walking distance. I walked to shopping centers as well-nothing is far!

I would like hotel to provide light duvet or just a cotton sheet at least during warmer days. Next to hotel is a market-all parking spaces around hotel were taken-i had to block free vehicles and get inside to reception to get parking key-this could be done differently maybe 🤷‍♀️ but in general, there is really not much not to like

Not good. Not a 5 star.

The room is spacious. And clean. Bed is comfy. Gym is also very good -although I didnt see sanitizing stations in the gym which was a slight turn off considering covid is still very much around. Imagine a sweaty person working out and just walking off without wiping up the equipment.

This is a hotel where the employees just like to say 'No'. Even when you ask for simple things. And like many others have commented, there's just one lift. And that too is used by housekeeping as well as room service.

Great stay for work, family or colleagues

Staff can speak English and they accommodate requests. They are super courteous and a very very nice hotel to be honest.

Breakfast can do a bit of better vegetarian options and cooling issues should be resolved.

Superb

I like everything in this hotel: friendly and very responsible staff, clean, comfortable rooms. The location is just great. SPA zone is a bit old but very clean and unique. You can find everything you need for a comfortable spa day - massage, different saunas and a swimming pool,
