Restaurant food is good, enough, hot, clean and healthy. The temazcal and the hot springs experience in general is great for the body
the hot springs require more cleaning, same for the rooms. The towels are not that clean. Meals are supposed to be all included, but they just gave us breakfast and dinner, had to ask them so I could get the lunch voucher, otherwise, lunch is $280 per person even for kids. Water should be included, but is not, so bring your own bottled water. If you get to the temazcal bring a towel or something to sit down so is less tiring.

Friendliness of the spa personnel.
Breakfast at the restaurant was surprisingly good for a buffet
They don't have wifi at their premises. Neither free or for purchase.

Concept and location are great
Place is getting older, it needs more maintenance
Water on the shower was too hot or too cold, nothing in between
Pool water used to be with controlled temperature, not any more

The staff were very attentive to make sure all our needs were catered for. Friendly and proactive. Big complement.
Special mention to the SPA staff and facilities, excellent service and offer and they really went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction.
Pool and thermal pools were good, the available facilities and location are an invitation to relax.
Cleaning of the rooms could be improved. Floors were sticky (maybe detergent not cleaned properly).
Bed linen was full of holes.
Shower needs urgent descaling.
The restaurant is stuck in the 70's, decor is very old and needs urgent refurbishment.
Restaurant food (buffet) was OK but nothing spectacular.
Breakfast dishes were still on the tables at 14h. Poor restaurant management.

The location in the desert was genuinely nice. Wind was strong all the time but it was ok, as part of the environment
Bring a yoga mat for the astronomy class Friday night. Best times to stay is Wednesday through Saturday morning. Less crowded.
Food was acceptable.

Everything good
