Bra trevligt hotell, toppen frukost, trevlig personal, bra läge i stan.

Stort bra rum, sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost! Dock låg rummet bakom köket så vi fick gå genom källaren för att komma till rummet.

Allt var bra, förutom tillgången till rummet.

Hotel passt nicht mehr in die Zeit

Bei Buchung stand leider nur noch die Suite zur Verfügung, die natürlich geräumig war. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren auf unserer Reise durch die Landeshauptstädte Deutschlands nur eine Nacht dort und hatten deshalb einen aktuellen Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die wir im Rahmen unserer Reise kennengelernt hatten. Modern und zeitgemäß ist etwas anderes! Dafür war dann auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut. Auch den Wellnessbereich konnte man nur bis 20 Uhr und am nächsten erst wieder ab 15 Uhr nutzen. Für uns daher nicht nutzbar, um wenigstens einen Teil des Preises rechtfertigen zu können. Leider war auch das Personal - insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels - nicht wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wismar ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Stadt, allein die vier großen Kirchen sind den Besuch wert.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, alles Sehenswerte ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. An Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt, kann ihn also nicht beurteilen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt, das Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichhaltig und appetitlich arrangiert. Ich kann das Hotel gern weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Wismar.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und gute Lage im Zentrum. Ach späte Anreise und frühe Abreise war ohne Probleme möglich. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher.

Die Bäder könnten etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Der Wohnraum war dagegen sehr sauber.

Big Big singelroom! And a real singelroom! One bed and plenty of space. Bathroom excellent! Only the shower space was probably 1,5 sqm.

Overpriced breakfast - but I'm getting used to that

A hotel to relax in and enjoy oneself.

This is an excellent place to stay when you are in Wismar. The location is as central as it can be in the old part of Wismar, and the service is outstanding. This was my fifth stay there (I think), and I will definitely go back if I go to Wismar again. At this point most staff members (all very kind and professional) is English-speaking, I may add.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location

I left a bracelet behind and asked the hotel to send it to me. They charged me €1.10 for the stamp AND an additional €4.50 for the "service" to do it. Unbelievable. Never again this hotel.

Great location, good value overall.

Great location, in walking distance to all sights of Wismar. Friendly staff, clean. We did not use any of the amenities, so I cannot report on this.

I am very picky with my pillow. There could be a bit better selection. But I hardly find it anywhere else either.

Value for your money

The location is right smack at the center of the old town very near the town square. Lots of shops and restaurants and of course, the sights are all walking distance. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is undergoing renovation during our stay but that didn’t factor in the comfort of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom is big and there is complimentary bottle of water everyday. There was also a kettle, coffee and tea.

We were never connected to the internet in our room perhaps because of the on-going renovations. The sign-in and provided password worked only in the lobby.

Wismar is a great city to visit, and it's a beautifully restored hansa city.

Location is great for walks in the beautiful city of Wismar.

Its just to basic so nothing outstanding, and it is not even charming or cosy in it's old fashion, so chose if for location and not for apperence.

Great hotel, unfriendly reception.

Cute and cozy hotel in an excellent location.

We were not informed of the 2G+ covid restrictions until after our arrival. We were all double and triple vaccinated and did not know we also had to be tested. The woman at the reception was very rude when we kindly pointed out that advance notice of the testing requirement would have been a nice courtesy of the hotel. She repeatedly interrupted us and said the hotel had no responsibility to inform guests of the requirements. We walked for a long time in below freezing temps to find a place to be tested so that we could enjoy our very brief holiday stay.

Location is excellent for seeing the city. Breakfast was fine; personnel were friendly and helpful.

It wasn't clear for me that the parking spaces needed to be booked as well. It was not offerred as an option while booking on booking.com. In the end, it was not a big deal, as there was a parking garage nearby. Room was nicely decorated, but the floor was like in a hospital and TV was small (which was a non-issue for us, as we mainly wanted to get out and see the city).

Horrible wifi and breakfast

No wifi connectivity in room 201. When connected with staff, she refused to help. Refused to call the manager and refused to even talk. She instead called an indian staff to chat with me, saying that she did not understand English..strange.
