Ideal stopover hotel.

This is an ideal hotel for a stopover of 1 or 2 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, spacious and modern and the mini fridge was a decent size and very cold. Aircon was absolutely fine and quiet but you can't alter the settings other than on or off and low or high fan speeds. Temperature is set at 24 and I thought this was a bit high but was actually quite cool. I have put my adverse comments here as they are not issues with the hotel as such, but more just what I thought of some aspects of the hotel. There is no bar so you need to go out even just for a drink. Not that many options nearby. The restaurant is a buffet and the decor is canteen style. Again there are only limited options close to the hotel. We thought there was a food court in the adjacent shopping centre but most of them have closed down. Best advice is to eat in the city centre and just use the hotel as a bed for the night. The proximity to the Metro is fabulous and the trains are very frequent and run until late. Parking is easy but park up on the slip road in front of the hotel first and check in. They will give you the card to open the car park barrier and then you don't have to take a ticket and pay. There is no pool with the hotel and if you were there for more than 2 nights in the Seville heat then it would not be relaxing. The hotel is 4 stars but I think 3 is more realistic given the lack of amenties.

Etwas weit ab vom Schuss und dafür zu teuer aber ansonsten zweckmäßig Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit

Right at metro stop with easy access to center of Sevilla. Ample free parking.

No soap or shampoo in our rooms. Not enough toilet paper or towels. One iron for entire hotel. We had to go to storage room to use it. The breakfast looked too bad to eat- fruit was all brown.

The breakfast was good. And the room was clean.

The parking was very uncovenent because it was very difficult to find the proper entrance. It was not easy to find the hotel parking entrance. So it would be necessary to enhance notice board for noticing the signs.

Superb

Location is 100 meters from the metro, which takes you to the city center for 15 minutes. Free parking in the nearby area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Prices are a bit higher, but during Semana Santa it's like that everywhere in Seville

Exceptional

Staff were amazing. I had lost my luggage padlock and the lady who was at the reception on Sunday Morning 26th Feb was so helpful. She went up and beyond to help me breaking the lock. She was simply fantastic. The establishment should be so proud to have employees like her. I would definitely go back!

Pleasant

Easy parking under the building (3 eur for 24h). Trading center and metro just on the corner.

Beds on wheels, constantly moving and not fixed. Windows super dirty, so you can’t enjoy nice view. Fridge is old and leaking. Bathroom facilities are old, leaking, water pressure is bad. Stuff just doesn’t care about you.

Near to the metro so good connection to seville centre without driving.

VERY BAD breakfast! I'm not fussy but the breakfast was terrible. Should tell you that you don't need to pay parking if you go to reception first- I didn't know this so had to pay parking extra. Hotel smells bad everywhere.

Highly recommended. Great customer service.

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant (Thank you Maria from the kitchen, for your exceptional care towards us and your delicious food, and also Ayen for your great customer care during breakfast). Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to metro station for access to the centre of Seville. Would definitely stay again next time in Seville. Highly recommended.
