My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for 3 nights and we were blown away. Our only regret was not booking a few more nights beforehand.
By far the most exceptional resort I’ve ever been to!
Outstanding service and amenities. The thoughtfulness of the staff and all the small things were unmatched. We will definitely be back here 😊

Everything was wonderful. Staff, interior design, ambiance, food, views.
There was not such thing.

Everything about this resort was just amazing .. the most kid’s friendly staffs I have ever met in all of the resort. The service is just woow (imagine all the staffs know your room number and details.. anything lost in any spot in the resort you will have it at your place in few minutes.. the resort very clean.. the food manager, i was wondering she doesn’t sleep :) you will find her at any food in the resort checking on the service and making sure the guests are happy .. I asked her for specific dish for my kids that wasn’t part of their menu and it was done in 15 minutes.. everything about this resort is breathtaking.. the only negative point was the moment to say goodbye to everyone

First experience with Four Seasons and it definitely lived up to its name. We were mesmerized by the beauty of property and the exceptionally high service.
We also booking a private dinner next to beach which the staff made extremely memorable.
Everything surpassed my expectations!
A bit high beds

The best hotel on any island of Thailand.
The greatest service ever.
Very beautiful view. Full of nature varieties.
Excellent food at all restaurants.
Very friendly and cosy staff treatment.
Family friendly restaurant and facilities.
It's not a complaint but a note for those who don't like to be fully exposed to the nature.. you will find some lizards 🦎 at the room which was annoying my wife.
Anyway, no else negative point at all.

O U T S T A N D I N G! The best resort on Samui island. High standard of service and attention with fantastic staff. If you stay here, you get what you pay for. Overall highly recommended.
There has to be a better path to go to massage room. I don't mind going to do the massage at "The Secret Garden Spa" room going through the trees but after the massage I would like to have a shorter way out to my villa. I replaced all of this by having the massage done at my villa or you can have the massage by the beach but you have to do it by 5 pm to avoid insects.

The secluded location, the villa's and facilities are all top class and absolutely stunning.
What differentiates a good hotel from a great one are the people, and I would like to make a special mention of the food and beverages team, especially Branka Novakavic, Chef Sumalee Khunpet and Champ.
They did everything humanly possible to ensure us a fabulous dining experience and accommodated our special diatry restrictions as if they were no problem at all.
We feel like we were blessed to experience a few days of heaven on earth.

Great resort with unlimited great views and great facilities! A proper escape. Well maintained and manned by the extremely friendly, helpful, professional and tentative staff. The room’s amenities include everything you can think of in a hotel. The restaurants/bars are top notch and food was exceptionally good! The resort is well isolated from the rest of the island do not expect to use it as a hub for discovering the island. everything is provided inside so it is a full disconnection from the outside.

private, spacious
design bugs, the bathtub is beautiful masterpiece, but you can’t sit in it, too slippery with no handle on side. Bed is too high. The mosquitoe net looks pretty but not designed in a way that could be closed, so it can’t prevent you from mosquitoes.

original Thai architectural style
second beach area could be more clean

It was perfect paradise for me and my husband.
Exotic, elegant, calm mood of resort was very impressive. All staff was kind and made us feel comfortable. Especially, room interior and public pool+beach design, food is the best!
Even though the resort was full of tropical rain forest, we could hardly find mosquitoes due to high quality managing system.
If you have to choose only one resort in Koh Samui, I can say this place is the answer.
It's better to use 'Grab' instead of resort's taxi when you go out to town, because it's very expensive.
