location was ok but staff was really rude! except for the ladies in the reception. the guy working at the front desk in the afternoon has not idea on how to treat people. I had a business partner coming to the hotel for a quick visit and he told me in a very rude way that he was not allowed to come see me and that he would charge me extra for that. he was going to charge me extra for me to have somebody to come for a 10 minutes meeting. I actually would understand hotel rules and would even pay for that if me and my business partner were treated right.
very bad customer service! not coming back!
