Owners of the hotel were lovely and very welcoming. The private beach is stunning to sit and enjoy. Easy to get to the centre .
The room was a bit small for 3 adults, there wasn’t enough space for our suitcases to be opened. There was no fridge in the room and space in the bathroom was a tight space.

So richtig romantisch. Leider machen sie auch das nicht mehr. Sehr schade.

This is a gorgeous hotel, right on the beach. The owners are so friendly and helpful too. Our room had a balcony with sea views and we were able to leave the balcony doors open at night to hear the waves . The breakfast was delicious, although we didn’t have dinner at the hotel as there was plenty of restaurants along the beach towards the harbour and it made a lovely evening stroll. This is a perfect place to stay to discover Split and Tregir as well as relaxing on the beach.
Parking spaces are limited, but that is the case with all the hotels in this area. Traffic was very slow though Podstrana as well.

Following reviews posted on Booking.com of Pansion Martin, my family 2 adults and 1 child (10mths) stayed 7 nights. On arrival we were picked up promptly and brought to the guesthouse. Our airport transfers was organised by Pansion Martin.
The room was well layed out and a baby cot was provided. The room was modern, modest size for 3. The room contained the essential items. In the shared area there was a fridge freezer. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. We carried baby food with us but there was ample fruits and other food suitable for the baby. The host was exceptionally helpful with food requirements for the baby. The selling point of the guesthouse is the location to the pebble beach. A walk down the stairs bring you straight to the pebbled beach and your spot to enjoy the sun. The pebble beach is part of the croatia cost line and therefore if you wish for a sandy beach there are ones close by accessible by bus which runs every half hour (in Duce). There are a few decent restaurants for evening food and the guesthouse also provides evening meals. The location is 30mins from Split via taxi, we recommend UBER. The traffic can be heavy to expect delays. The location is also good for visits to Omis or Duce. The hostess was most welcoming and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were cleaned each day, Any request from myself were met by the host including knowledge of the area and things to do. Highly recommend as a stop over or a base to visit Split, avoiding the big City feel. A big thank you to the staff and hope to see you again soon.
This is not a hotel issue but rather an issue of the area, better walking paths are needed in this very touristy area of postrana

Breakfast was excellent, fantastic service. The location on the beach was lovely and safe for a family.
The room we had was quite small for 3 people and no space to dry anything but we managed. We would just choose a bigger room next time with a balcony.

I had my best days at Pansion Martin! Celebrated my special day there and I must say that I never regretted staying and choosing their place! Firstly, it was really convenient. From transfers to roaming the main city, it was reachable by Bus. Supermarket is also a two-minute walk from Pansion Martin. The beach itself is just a minute walk from my room! It was very serene, picturesque place that is apt for relaxation and photo ops! The place was really clean and nice, the dishes cooked by the owner was superb and delicious. Martina was really hands-on, always helpful and very approachable! I commend her for her multitasking! I‘d absolutely recommend this place to all my family and friends who wants to have peace and quiet times and also who wants to see the worth of their vacay time and money!

From begging to end everything was super. The personal was extremely helpful and nothing was a trouble. They even arrange the cake for my daughter on her B-day, meals they provide are tasty a really good portions and always served with smile. The beach is clean and with plenty spaces to relax.

Very supportive staff. Our car broke down and we couldn’t get back to hotel for check out. We were very late and had to stay somewhere else overnight and missed our flight. Martina patiently waited for us. We are amazed how considerate staff is. We are very grateful for the support we have been given.

The location. Right on the beach. Our room was overlooking the sea. Just like being in heaven. Breakfast was good as well. Continental but had a massive selection of things to eat. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would I recommend? Absolutely!!!!
Nothing. It was pure bliss of relaxation with sunbeds included right on the beach. Just sit back and listen to the sea waves.

The Modernly renovated hotel. The Location and the great sea view. Cleanliness. Super friendly staff. Martina from checking in to checking out always accommodate guest requests and with a smile. Availability of beach chairs and pad/towels. Nice breakfast. Close to supermarket and restaurants.
I would like a trash basket in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom.

Everyone was kind and it was a relaxed atmosphere. We were traveling off season and see we're treated to a beautiful room overlooking the sea, where we could watch the sunset, breakfast for two and smiling faces.
Comfortable beds, hot showers, comfortable location away from the biggest city of Split.
The only downside was the room didn't have a fridge or coffee machine (though they very nicely made us coffee downstairs). As long as you know there isn't space for cool storage, it's not at all a problem.

Amazing location, amazing onwers!
OK, first this amazing hotel (B&B to us in England) is just what you need for a amazing time in Croatia in the Split region. Why? Room's are comfortably, clean and if you ask for room 104 you will get exclusive short cut (stairs) to main area/beach and also a amazing sea view with balcony.
You will feel very welcome by onwers and they do go a extra mile for you to feel at home. Breakfast is excellent and if you are at higher/medium season you will be offered half board with a very competitive price compared to local restaurants.
I come in October unfortunately no dinner avaliable at this time, but still plenty options near by and for a couple you are looking to dinner for (including drinks) around £35/£50.
No car need (but they do have car parking) Why I say no car need? They have a urban bus (number 60) that goes to Split or Omis. Tip* use Google maps and click at bus stop to see precise times the bus arrives. They have a bus either direction every 30 minutes and to Split is 15kuna (£1.75) and it is a very reliable service.
You also have the Uber options around (£9 - £12) to Split.
Beach, Uauuu, Uauuu, Uauuu! Clear water, calm sea, nice temperatures even in October!!!
We also went one day excursion to Krka National Park (know as Krka waterfalls tour) about 200kn (£23 the tour guide and bus + entrance fee of 85kn £10 (160kn at high season) . We have got ours from a agency call Flarent, they have 2 offices around the Port in Split.
Just remember if you go to Split by bus get off at bus stop "Pazar 1" and when you return to hotel get off the bus at bus stop "Grbavac 2" 😉
So in or 6 days at Pansion Martin we enjoyed the beach/sea for 4 days and spended 1 day around Split and Omis (by urban bus) and 1 day at National Park.
Nothing to not like 😉

View and beach were amazing. Stuff was super friendly and helpful as well.
The room wasn't the same, as in the pictures at all. It was very small, dark and all furniture was old. We were trying to leave it as soon as possible and come back late in the night.

We had a great time at Pansion Martin. It is run by a lovely family, everyone is really really nice. The food was delicious (different menu every night for 25 Euros), the location phenomenal. They take care of parking your car as the parking is rather packed with cars and therefore quite narrow.
We booked a room on the street-side as the other rooms were already all booked. Our room was somewhat slightly below ground floor so that we had perfect view on the rims of the cars which were parked around 1m from our window. Small inconvenience which is easily avoidable by booking a room on the sea-side!

Proximity to the beach, cleanliness, breakfast, lovely family and staff.
Not a big deal, but for breakfast, fresh juice rather than a concentrate would be better.

Very well situated building right on the beach, easy to park. We had a room with sea view and an orange tree right below our balcony. Nice staff, good breakfast.

Great location, very clean, staff were lovely, incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded free of charge when we arrived and we could just step out directly onto the beach. The breakfasts were great, there was a wide variety of things to chose from. Would definitely come again, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We staid one night in one of the rooms with balcony and sea view and it was just amazing. We definitely recommend those rooms, they are much bigger and the view is just beautiful. In general the property is very nice. They have beach front, amazing breakfast, good cocktails and the staff is very friendly. They also offer dinner at the property for a good price. We did not try it unfortunately but it looked amazing. They can also bring lunch and drinks down to the beach, which is very conformable.
We arrived after a rainy night and the room that was offered to us smelt a bit damp and there were small pockets of water in one of the walls. However, the staff were really nice and offered us another room OR free cancellation straight away. As a suggestion for improvement, the sun beds on the beach should be provided with some small mattresses because they are a bit uncomfortable. Not a big problem though.
