It was ok, nothing spectacular.

The front desk staff had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. As the first point of contact for the hotel, regardless of personal feelings or issues, the guest should not feel unwelcomed.

Beautiful island, warm and friendly people.

Property well kept, though a bit gently worn in some areas it was clean and comfortable

There should be beach chairs and umbrellas available when you utilize the beach which is across the road.

Overall, it was a good hotel. A little pricey, but good.

The location was great, breakfast was very good.

We needed more items in the room- for example trash bags, Scott towel, plates, glasses etc. in addition, the fridge stopped working and spoiled the food we had in there.

The people at the desk were excellent . They were polite and very professional. The restaurant staff were wonderful. I loved the BBQ ribs.

It was available after a flight cancellation

Room was basic. Towels were worn and poor quality. Bathroom was poor. Shower didn’t work properly and nether did the toilet flush. Air conditioning unit in room was like sleeping next to a runway.

The bed was comfortable, but the things that were wrong made the experience disappointing.

The breakfast food was good but too expensive.

The body wash dispenser in the room was empty. There were no pool towels in our room. The floor of the shower was very slippery. The restaurant staff didn't know that we couldn't charge our food to our room.

The floors were cold and the room atmosphere clammy. The bathrooms need to be updated. My toilet leaked. The light above the sink in the bathroom emitted an annoying noise.

clean, value for money, great location over road from beach. fab quiet gym.

location. used mainly by airline and American business so no big parties drinking etc. a very calm quiet hotel.

room service. very clean. lovely staff. easy walk into bridgetown and near the boardwalk and good variety of quality bars and restaurants. not a long drive from airport compared to st James

the staff were the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. our room flooded, they then moved us. they took my clothes to be dry cleaned as they were soaking from the floor and they came back damaged. weren’t apologetic at all. in fact I felt vey uncomfortable for the rest of my stay
