Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly.
5.0
Location
The windows were old and they rattled because of the wind.
Also they didn’t have our room available so they gave us another one because booking.com wasn’t on their system.
7.0
Accommodating, helpful, let us do a late check in.
Lack of parking, sensitive fire alarm and an extremely hefty fee for tripping it, which was and not to do because showering would set it off.
5.0
Its location.
The Hotel unfortunately is very much in need of renovation and refurbishment.
9.0
Clean and central,.
Lack of parking, you hand to park in the driveway to unload all your bags while residents of apartments behind are beeping at you to move, then get in your car and drive to opposite end of village to park for your stay
6.0
Breakfast was excellent, location is very convenient in the centre of the village and not too far up the hill!
Room was tiny, no bike storage area
5.0
Location was very good if you were able to use steps and for walking / biking.
Good Access to ski / bike lifts
Continental breakfast very good
Restaurant staff very helpful
Views limited from room
Room very small and barely adequate
No vehicle parking, nearest public parking a 15min walk away other much further and cost $34 for 2 nights.
Does not justify 4 star rating.

perfect location
we enjoyed our stay but some parts of the property looked a bit shabby

the food in the restaurant was just lovely. Homemade muesli was very nice and we liked the fruit and yogurt. Loved the water pressure in the shower
the bed was very aged and after 2 nights both our lower backs were aching from the seriously sagging mattress. there is very visible dry rot in the windows and the balcony doors. The handle to the balcony door is about to fall off and the door jamms every time its opened or closed. the shower was starting to show signs of mould.
i chose this hotel for the price but more so as we could get a continental/English breakfast but were then only offered muesli and fruit for breakfast and was told to venture to the bakery. Not all the channels are available on the TV. The photos in the ad shows only skin deep. we thought queen deluxe was better than what we got

Wifi was too slow or didn’t work at all most of the time.
Room is too small.

great location, simple yet hearty breakfast. Rooms are adequate... a little small, but good for skiing as we are out most of the time
No parking on site. And their neighbours were very rude with sharing driveways for us to unload our luggages

Yes the breakfast was good but we arrived at 8:45am not realising that bfast ended at 9am - unlike most holiday accommodation at least 10am!
Our room had been renovated but my husbands side of the bed was worn out & sagged- caused an awful ridge between the joined beds. Recommend new beds.
It would be great if a lift was installed to help with baggage to rooms, those stairs are a killer!

Good location.
Boot room didn’t function. this may have been ongoing given the response I got. it was very wet on my first day on the mountain - if I didn’t have a friend in another lodge then I couldn’t have got out the second day.
