Emplacement au top pouf bien découvrir Bangkok

Super accueil, emplacement vraiment sympa pour faire les temples et visites. 2 Piscines vraiment agréables.

Chambre avec odeur d'humidité, voir un pb de climatisation. Tres désagréable quand on rentre.

Fort sympatique

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et répond avec efficacité à nos questions et attentes. Des petites surprises nous attendaient dans notre chambre (fruits, petit mot a notre attention....)

La fermeture du 8eme étage avec la piscine et le bar un peu plus tardive. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la vue, de ce coin calme et ventilé en soirée.

Family vacation

Overall, we stayed there for 8 nights, 9 days! The location is excellent. The property itself has a 7/11 on the ground floor. Sara restaurant food is superb 10/10. The buffet breakfast is good, too, but a bit repetitive if you are staying longer days! The location is prime to the temples, other focal points, and less than 10 mins walk to Khaosan road! There are some great massage parlors just across the street, and one of the best is just across the sitting / smoking area - a must try! The porter service and then men who stand near the lift welcome you and are great too (reception staff not included). The housekeeping staff was very nice. Our room was done up whenever we asked for it and was just perfect 10/10!

The reception staff! They are surely not welcoming and have a lot of attitude. They did not greet us upon arrival, nor throughout our stay there, nor did they ask how the stay was at check out time. Just asked me to pay my inroom dues, and that was that!!!! The worst service ever from any of the hotels reception staff!!! When I asked one of the reception staff if there was any discount for me to extend my stay there, she told her colleague something right away in their native language, and they both were giggling. I mean, seriously, that was very insulting! It really did not feel nice. We, anyway, still continued there, as we liked the property and the convenience around us. I booked my stay through booking.com (initial and extension). Please train your reception staff the basics.

Overall, we enjoyed our one-week stay here.

The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. There were many massage options nearby, as well as a supermarket and a night market. They give us an additional one bottle of water per person every day.

During the cleaning, they also replaced the unused towels. If we put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, we didn't receive the daily bottle of water and toilet paper either. The air conditioning was very loud, so we couldn't use it during sleep.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in Bangkok

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Rambuttri Road und dem nächsten Fähranleger. Wir kamen sehr früh an und durften sofort mit unserem Baby einchecken. Pool auf dem Dach ist auch sehr schön für eine Erfrischung. Sehr freundliches und liebes Personal.

Klimaanlage war etwas laut, aber kein Problem.

מרחק רבע שעה הליכה מהקוואסן אבל זה לא הפריע לנו. החדרים נחמדים. ויש 2 בריכות במלון. בסה"כ היה נקי. לא אכלנו שם אז אני לא יודע מה רמת האוכל.

המחיר טיפה גבוה לעומת תאילנד. אבל הוא היה הכי זול שמצאנו שהתאים לשלושה.

Excellent location, great value for money!

The hotel is located at an excellent location. Many restaurants and massage places at the door step of the hotel, walking distance to Khao San Road and the ferry terminal to cross the river. Only 10-15mins tuk tuk or taxi ride to the main attractions area. The breakfast is very good as well, as it has a variety of option and fresh omelets and waffles. The room is nothing too special, but very nice and clean. Overall, very good value for money.

Quarto espaçoso, com uma cama dupla e uma single, apenas eu tendo reservado um quarto twin (deu jeito pq viajei com o meu filhote de 4 anos), Óptimo pequeno-almoço. Ao lado de vários restaurantes bons e baratos e apenas a 5 min a pé de Kao SAN road

Não servem álcool no hotel (pode ser algo positivo para quem não consome)

Piscina, espaço dos quartos, staff simpatico

Li mtos comentários positivos a respeito do café da manhã… particularmente não curti muito. A parte ocidental não tinha pães, ou frios, ou queijo… tem que se virar com ovo. O entorno do hotel não eh mto simpático, poucas opções por perto… sempre tivemos que pegar táxi para ir comer ou visitar as coisas…

Great place to stay in Bangkok

The location was fanstastic. Walking distance to Kao San Rd but way enough so that it was quiet. Good views from the top floor and our room looked over the canal. Bed was comfy and the two pools were wonderful after a hot day of seeing the sites.

Breakfast was OK but nothing exciting.

Tienen un chico de noche que no te soluciona los problemas solo se ríe de lo que necesitamos, me recomendó comprar un tour y por temas de vuelo no logré realizarlo. Nadie se hizo responsable para poder recuperar algún porcentaje de lo pagado y perdí prácticamente los 300 dólares. Los ticket se compraron dentro de su hotel y nadie responde aunque avisara con un día de anticipación.

Average stay but over priced for an old hotel

the linen was changed as requested

The bathroom was outdated, remote control for air con didn’t work, tv had no volume- unable to adjust. For the amount we paid, the hotel wasn’t worth it, they need to update the interior. The swimming pool directions weren’t clear from staff, we went to level 3 and level 8 as advised only to later find our way to level 3 at the back building- signs would be good. Shower head looked dirty, bench tops didn’t look wiped down.
