ROOM 103 must not be rented anymore

+ The price was really ok for one night because we have travel from Greece to Romania + You can find free parking spaces outside on the road free of charge

- ROOM 103 must NOT be rented until you solve the problem with the bad smell, there is a smell of mold or water infiltration and they have put perfume or some perfume sticks inside to cover this smell but during the night you can not breathe because you fill you get no air because of the smell. Please solve the problems before you rent this room anymore. This is not acceptable because I am sure you know about the problem otherwise you would not try to cover the smell with perfume - we have book for 10 persons 2 x family rooms and we have receive 3 rooms in total but only with 9 places in total but this was not big deal since we have take a small kid with us in a double bed

A great choice in Blagoevgrad.

Very close to the bus station, yet still within walking distance of the central pedestrian area, which is an especially nice part of Blagoevgrad. Comfortable rooms. Great value for the money.

Nice place for accommodation in Blagoevgrad.

Nice place, close to bus station in the city. Everything was great and I will stay in that hotel again, when traveling to Blagoevgrad.

Weekend in Blagoevgrad

It was really clean everywhere. We had shampoo and a nice soap. Cosy, cute rooms.

Unfortunately the said in Booking messages was totally not true and different with the conditions on the reception. Total lack of communication. We were promised with rooms next to each other, but they had 2 floors difference, we were promised that the crib will be taken out, but when we arrived, it was there. Very old bathroom stuff.

Pleasant

The bed sheets were clean, as well as the room and bedroom. The staff is very pleasant and polite. The hotel is located in a quiet place, close to the bus station.

The room had a smell of cigarettes which I don't stand. This smell is present in the hall. The woman at the reception was helpful and provided us with another room without this smell, but I would rather not have to deal with this problem if the room is indicated as for "non smokers".

Staff very open, responsible! I forgot my jacket during my last breakfast there and receptionist called to inform in like 20 or 30 minutes!! Room was quite wide! Good value for money

A modest hotel, nice staff, good location, good price for the money, and large rooms. They also have breakfast a la carte.

The shower didn't have a curtain.

Great 3 days in Blagoevgrad

I didn't have a breakfast, the hotel is really nice, the location is perfect.

The wi-fi was rather slow.

Simple room with a minimum but sufficient comfort for one-nigh stay. Still walking distance from the town center.

Probably, all can be improved in the future. I do not know how they could get three stars.

Strongly recommending. Quite and clean. Great location! Perfect for family or solo travelers.

Great a small family-run hotel. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Just 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious and clean.

Price-value is great, our room was clean, comfortable, airco worked well and it was very quiet. Breakfast is a lot, and quite cheap. For the price we paid this place is absolutely recommended. Receptionist lady was also lovely :)

Tiny bit far from the centre, but it's okay, 10 mins walk.

Good parking, clean and comfortable.

Needed place to stay for a night and it was great. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and a proper chair in the room so I could get a little work done. Will stay there again! Parking was also good.
