Pleasant and relaxed

Large room. Clean. Good selection at breakfast. Kind staff.

Toilet a bit narrow. Would have liked a bit of airconditioning, but it was doable. A but of coffee milk / sugar would have been nice.

Heel tevreden

Het hotel is heel netjes en verzorgd. De kamers zijn groot, modern en schoon. En het uitzicht is om verliefd op te worden. De familie is super lief en behulpzaam, net als de medewerkers.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant en er rijdt eigenlijk constant verkeer langs en dat was goed hoorbaar.

Goed verzorgd hotel op loopafstand van het station.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en oplettend en er was een uitstekend uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Przyjemne hotel z saunami i łaźnią parową

Ładne apartamenty z łatwym dojazdem do kolejki górskiej. W środku czysto i wygodnie. Apartament posiada aneks kuchenny jednakże szafki z talerzami , widelcami i garnkami są zamknięte w szafkach na klucz. Dostępne są za dodatkową opłatą 15 euro za dobę. Obiekt położony jest na wprost kościoła i lokalnego cmentarza. Dzwony kościelne zaczynają głośno dzwonić od 6 rano. Cisza nocna od 23 do 6 rano ale właściciele potrafią zwrócić uwagę na zachowanie ciszy nawet przed 23.00. Szczególnie trzeba uważać na zabawę i śmiech dzieci bo ściany są słabo izolowane akustycznie i mogą przeszkadzać innym sąsiadom. Obiekt posiada darmową strefę spa.

Super Skiurlaub

Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze inkl. Lademöglichkeit, sehr sauber, schöner Saunabereich, sehr freundliche und bemühte Inhaber!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, ein kleines bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre optimal. Die Kissen im Appartementhaus sind etwas durch. Aber das ist alles meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Great and fresh breakfast, really nice hospitality. The hotel runs by a really nice family, the rooms are big, cozy and clean. The location close to alot of attractions and its easy to get there. Nice bar.

There is no air-conditioning, as most of the hotels in the area

Lovely family hotel in Tyrol

Lovely family owned hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. We also had a kitchen set in the room. The bed was comfy. The location is not far away from main highway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great.

Great location, excellent sauna, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, mountain view from the corner room

Bed mattress to hard, so not comfortable for me, didn't sleep well most of the nights, no kettle/ fridge in our room

Great value for money, decent location. Spa surprised positively.

Great value for money. Breakfast was good. Room ok - nothing special (we’re in old one I think) but absolutely ok for price. Spa was surprisingly good too.

Excelent hotel pension with great location and services. Excelent ratio price/quality

Excelent hotel- pension in the center of Fugen. Underground parking places. ( external also if needeed) Excelent breakfast, with quality food. Excelent cleaning. Overall excelent ratio price/quality. Being in the center, you are walking away from restaurants and bars. ( Hoppeter restarurant for exemple have very good cuisine but also another restaurants have - check Google reviews and you have the picture. ). The most close restaurant is Aigner but is the lowest as food)

Language barrier can be an issue especially for those who are only english speakers and do not have in group german speakers. Messages and everything we received on print for Christmas were only in german. For us was OK because we had german speakers but sure for those who did not, can be considered a lack of courtesy.

Pleasant and relaxing stay!

It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. From my point of view the hotel standards are above the rated 3 stars. SPA: The hotel provides a nice SPA with 3 type of sauna, and ice machine to accomplish a great sauna session. Parking: Underground parking is provided for free! Breakfast: Delicious breakfast including the most important dishes. Rooms: There are two type of rooms, renovated and bigger and a little smaller but still in good conditions. Lobby: There is also a small lobby bar where you can enjoy some great snaps and wine. We will definitely return here!

Decent enough although better communication would be preferred.

Fairly clean room with a comfortable bed. Very close to the train station. Staff were decently friendly and check in was fairly fast after the online check in.

Communication could be improved - I wanted to see if I could check in before 2pm but didn't hear anything about it from the hotel. The shower doesn't stay at the same temperature. There was some kind of feature in the ceiling corner that had been stuck together with duct tape - this didn't look reliable or give a good impression.

The accommodation is very clean and beautiful. The owners are very kind. At breakfast, there is a lot of choice, delicious food. The area is beautiful.

The hosts were very friendly and made us feeel welcome. The hotel is great for families, there is a kids play room, highchairs and our room had a curtain down the middle so we could put the kids to bed and still stay up a bit. Good location with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable (inc the sofa bed our son was on). Plenty of parking available. Will be visiting again soon!

Nice place to stay. Good value

Room was good, it had also a working area. It had separated shower/toilette. Beds were comfortable enough. When we arrived the people at reception told us that there was a music concert close. We went there after dinner and it was a pleasant experience. Parking was quite good and handy.

the stay was disappointing . we stayed at this hotel while being disappointed and sad from the owners attitude upon our

there was an issue with the booking being vague and not mentioning value to be paid for additional persons. it was misleading . the room mentions it can accommodate us as family of 5 . however , we came to know that we have to pay additional fees later . I tried to explain to the property owner the situation but she was not helpful at all , and we felt all she cared for was money without thinking of her customers comfort and satisfaction. there was no flexibility at all , it was a disappointing experience. I will not book this hotel again .
