Value for money. You can buy food from nearby COOP and warm up in the kitchen which can be use by all tenants.

Price - reasonable 25 mins walk to Interlaken OST station. Can take a bus No 104 - 10 mins.

When you walk in the room, squeaky sound from floor.

I would have given the property a 10 if the property management had helped me get my jacket back but they decided not to

The property was clean and at a very good location .

There was no staff available to help. I left my very nice jacket in one of the closets and in spite of constantly trying to reach someone I was not successful in getting my jacket back. I sent messages and called but no one was there to help. This really was very concerning because if you can’t reach a real person to help if needed then it makes this property less desirable . I wish that the property management would look into hiring some help that would actually respond to the visitors concerns but there was absolutely no one to talk to.

Check in fácil y rápido, lugar seguro y con buenas prestaciones (cocina-baño). Relación calidad-precio para la ciudad muy buena.

Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung, sogar Föhn und Badewanne. Viele Schränke und Ablagen. Sehr gute Lage, sehr nette Dame am Frühstück. Ich bekam für den Abreisetag ( musste sehr zeitig los) ein sehr großzügiges Frühstückspaket. Den Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank etc finde ich toll! Nachts war es äußerst ruhig, ich hatte sogar das Fenster gekippt . Vielen Dank für alles!

Sensor lighting.. off within 1 min I think , shower in the dark.. have to walk out of the bathroom to the door in order the lights on again atleast 2-3 times for my short shower. Owner not responsive when requesting for luggage storage..

Clean and cosy room in an apartment on a budget with a big shared kitchen

The property is very nice along with shared kitchen which was super helpful for us. Bus stop is right outside the apartment which makes it super convenient to travel in Interlaken

Delayed response from host on few occasions but overall he was available at all times over message and call so no complains

Bed was comfortable Staff tried to be helpful

Very small room, hardly could fit suitcases in. No TV for first few days, couldn’t find remote— and cannot use manually!!!! Kitchen available, not really well equipped. We were on middle floor and noise level was a issue, old floor cracked with walking!!!! I know this cannot be helped perhaps 🤔 Maybe carpet floors?

Superb

Very good location, really nice and clean rooms, easy check in and check out. At the ground floor there was a bar/restuarant which we did not try. The hotel had a kitchen on each floor, with useful kitchen tools (coffee machine, microwave etc). They also have a small, convenient and free of costs parking.

They are not too approachable. There is no onee to ask and I believed that I booked a room with breakfast but nothing was serve or available.

The place was well located and the apartment was big.

We had only half of toleit paper and nothing else. We couldn't connect the TV in the wifi. WiFi was poor. We didn't have hand soap.

70s horror show

the only good thing about the property was things out of the accommodation control; the view and the bus stop outside.

broken window, no communication with owner, they left keys in an envelope stuck to the door, no soap to wash hands, the upstairs (presumably the owners) liked to run around on the hard floor making lots of noise early morning, noisy, cold room as window broken, other room too hot as heating couldn’t be turned down, hard towels, noisy floorboards, hard bedsheets which suggest dirty, not like the photos. do not stay here if you want a good night sleep

The view from the window was ok.

Extremely unfriendly owner. The bed and floor made awful noise. Too far from both East and West train stations. It's not a hotel and neither a BnB.

Not value for money

The location of the apartment.

According to the price, the apartment size was very small. And there is no equipment for preparing very basic food. At least they can give an oven individually in a room, while the room rent is very high. Also in the kitchen, they can have a stove for preparing food. And after confirmation on booking.com, the hotel management wasn't reachable. This is not a very easy process to reach them after the booking.

An okay choice if others aren't available

It was a decent and clean place to sleep. Wifi was good. Nice balcony for communal use.

No staff on-site and unresponsive via WhatsApp (the only method of contact they provide). Don't expect any answers, information, help, or baggage storage whatsoever. Rooms are dated and very basic, especially considering the price you're paying. Showers are small and showerhead wouldn't stay in place. No soap to use for the bathroom sink. You can hear every single sound from the hallway. Rooms get hot (even in cool weather) with the windows closed, but if you open the window there's a lot of noise from the street.
