Una sola persona da mucho que desear de el hotel decepción total

La ubicación excelente

La atención de uno de los recepcionistas uno morenito que usa lentes muy mal a la hora de expresarse hacia los turistas como yo eso fue el 28/3/24 por los demás muy bien y luego que la habitación que aparte con la aplicación no fue la que me dieron reclamé pero nadie logro solucionar y mucho menos ajustar la tarifa porque me dieron una habitación inferior a la que me cobraron

Hallways to room a little too dark. The only staff that seems happy with her job and was pleasant was in the dining area; everyone else looked miserable and lacked hospitality etiquette.

The location worked well as a base. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool is large and surrounded by plants and trees.

On arrival we were told that we'd been upgraded to an Excecutive room (what a treat!) though discovered it was small and pokey. Grateful we were given an upgrade as the original room would presumably have been much smaller! Pricey for what we paid.

Great place to stay with awesome staff

First, the front desk staff here are very attentive and friendly. There was always someone available to help or assist when needed. I observed staff helping other guests with even the smallest of things. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and always helpful, even with my limited Spansih, they helped me order and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits and buffet style eggs, pancakes and sausage. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. The pool was clean and inviting. Nicely equipped gym area as well as the outdoor restaurant area. The decor throughout the hotel is very chic without being over the top. Great location in the city, easy to go to other parts of the city. Did I say that the staff here are Great! There was a private party during my stay which would continue to 3am, one of the gentleman from the front desk informed me and offered to switch my room to the opposite side of the hotel to be away from the loud party. There were flyers posted in the elevator but I must have missed them. I'm grateful for his help and forethought to at least ask me. I made a huge difference. I also have a service dog with me. Everyone was very nice to my dog and assisted me with him without issue. I highly recommend staying here.

I would have liked to have a mini fridge in my room but that's not a complaint. No room on my floor had one so it's a small item.

Great Location in the Heart of PTY

I love the location in El Cangrejo. It's very close to two metro train stations (Vía Argentina and Iglesia del Carmen), and so many great restaurants and shops! Also very close to a nice and lively city park. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me out with scanning some documents that i needed to send. I appreciate that breakfast was served until 10am, as some hotels stop serving earlier. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice to have fresh fruit included. I used the gym, which was very nice and fully equipped. The social area is great with lots of space. Very nice restroom facilities next to the pool. Even though we didn't use the pool or hot tub, I thought that they were well-cared for and beautiful spaces. The room was great, hot water in the shower, and everything worked. Good wifi. Not the best view, but I knew that beforehand. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it.

Would be nice if coffee/tea stayed out longer. This isn't a negative comment about the hotel, but I think that they should have tip envelopes in the rooms so that the hospitality staff are way more likely to earn tips.

The staff was very helpful with any question and request that I have while I stay in the hotel.

Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and never used the pool.

It would be better to have a small refrigerator with water and tea & coffee. The breakfast was good, but it would be better to have different menu every day for breakfast.
