Recommend Hotel Colon

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. Superb location.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. A safe in the room would have been a bonus.

Great location

Excellent location right on beach although we had a back room with no view it was very quiet so good nights sleep. Beds very comfortable and great shower

A kettle in room would be good though you could get one from reception but think it should be the norm

Weather good, close to shops etc and a fantastic view of the port/ marina .

Hotel Colon is amazing

Brilliant views. Fridge & tv in room. Double walk-in shower. Very comfy beds and cotton bedding. Big room. Balcony with table & chairs. Good lighting and plug sockets. Lovely very friendly staff. Nice room to sit and read or chill. Right on the beach front with aa the restaurants and shops. Bus stops nearby.

Excellent location in the old town, lovely vista. Staff at the hotel are all so helpful and friendly.

lovely stay, friendly staff just room without a view spoiled it a little bit

excellent location and lovely and clean

had a room at the back of the property with no view or balcony to speak off. tried to upgrade to a sea view but all sold out

excellent hotel!

the hotel is located right on the beach, the views are amazing, the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. convenient meal plans for different types of travelers (we chose breakfast + lunch) and the food was always fresh and tasty. we will book the same when we will be back in town!

Family holiday

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Benidorm, the views are amazing (providing your room is at the front of the hotel). The rooms are spotless and the staff cannot do enough for you

Very good

the location is very good , right in the center of everything, breakfast is fine too, wifi signal was strong, there is no parking near by only private under grounds and its costly like 20 euro a day. the only minus of this hotel is that the walls are too slim and you could hear how people in the next door talk and move the furniture around , especially at 7 am if they like to get up early :-)

We had a lovely stay, friendly staff, every thing we came for was with in walking distance.

we had fantastic view from our balcony, location just a short walk to the old town, lots of restaurants and bars very near. Walk across the road to the beach.

Bad experience

I was given the impression I would be provided with a full breakfast, this did not happen the hotel provided boiled eggs , greasy bacon and terrible coffee. Whilst at the hotel with my ten year old grandson I tripped and had a bad fall down the stairs, this resulted in me visiting A&E where I was checked for concussion, the receptionist at the time got an ice pack as I had an enormous lump on my brow, not one member of senior staff asked after my welfare, considering I was alone with my grandson, I thought this was a terrible way to treat a guest, I made the most of our holiday but would never go back to the Colon
