Excellent - staff cannot do enough for you and are very welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing 2 night stay. Food and drink is excellent. Yes, this is on the higher priced side for the area however could not fault it. We would def return and absolutely loved our little stay.

Everything!!
This was our favourite stay during our Thailand trip. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the food too, such a tasty breakfast menu. Location wise it’s easily accessible from Nathon Pier (which is where we came from). Grab Taxi’s (via the app) are easy to find. The hotel also offered to book Taxi’s too. All in all, a wonderful stay.
No negatives to report, we’re already looking at other Nikki Beach locations to visit in the future!

The area is so peaceful. The beach is amazing. Great having 2 pools and 2 areas.
The pool needs regrouting. Lot of loose tiles and grout missing. The beds and pillows are old and hard.

beautiful location (Lipa noi beach), no people, gym, cool sunsets 🌅
vapid and expensive food, a lady at checkout counter told that we had stolen a laundry bag (!?!)

Great location for a quieter beach holiday. The hotel is not big so the area is quiet around the rooms and peaceful. The rooms are nice and spacious and some staff are lovely but reception not so much.
Love the pool as it’s 75m long so you can get a good workout.
Breakfast was awful. Not a standard I would expect from a hotel. They have good number of options but the food quality was poor. Overall good quality from lunch and dinner was poor and overpriced for what it is. As there is not much else for food around the area; this is a tricky situation. I loved the hotel but would not visit for this reason.

Great hotel with two splendid pools (one for swimming with 75m, the other for sunbathing). Comfy beds and stylish rooms. Live dj in the evening and afternoon. All in all a clear recommendation (also for families with small kids and babies).

Really nice place, restaurant with amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, great location for sunsets, perfect for few nights stay
sunday brunch party, it’s pretty crowded around pool area, next time would plan sth outside the resort for that day. But still, great resort in general :)

aesthetically it was brilliant
the prices were steep
compared to Thailands general pricing. you pay for the name more than anything, the food wasn’t great. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks and stayed in 5 different areas, I’ve paid much less for a better stay

The beach was nice to walk along as it was on the sunset side of the island but is empty if you want to see anything else other than sea and sand.
Beach club could have potential but is not usual Nikki Beach standard as it looks unkept and old.
This is not a 5 star hotel - What a disappointment. Our final hotel in Koh Samui and thank god we only stayed 1 night because even this was too much.
This hotel does not match the Nikki Beach brand - it is very tired and worn out which is not up to the standard you would expect from Nikki Beach
Desperately needs modernising
Lacks organisational management, department managers needed - it seemed like a manager team was non-existent, general oversight, staff need training. They were all friendly but do not know where to even begin. Their communication skills are poor as they do not speak English very well.
Pool manager Tom has been brought in from Nikki Beach Ibiza to help with training and we wish him the best of luck as he has a difficult task ahead and can’t do it on his own. He is a great guy, made us feel special and represents the brand perfectly, but more staff like Tom are needed here.
In the restaurant, it took around half an hour for us to even get a menu and order food. Then a further 30-45 minutes for our meals to arrive - which arrived one by one with at least 10-15 minutes in-between. By the time the last meal had arrived for a guest, we had to send it back because it had been ridiculously long and he had shared with other guests around the table because we couldn’t eat our meals and leave him there with nothing. Our drinks had not arrived until after our food, which should have been the first thing on the table! Bare in mind all of this was with constant reminding from our behalf to the staff because otherwise it would have taken even longer. I had to get up from the table and go to the bar to remind them of orders and ask for things because I knew it would be too big of an ask for them to check our table. They must be understaffed or under experienced because it just did not run smoothly and as a customer, it was a frustrating experience.

It was in a quieter location along long stretch of beach
Unfortunately this resort was disappointing and not up to the standard expected of Nikki Beach. The staff seemed overwhelmed, disorganized, overworked. They were not friendly at times and mixed things up or took very long. The facilities were basic for such a resort, for example there are no sunbeds on the beach, small pool area, no bath tub in the room, basic spa. It is overpriced given the facilities, I would not recommend.

The staff at Nikki Beach Resort, especially Kannie, who welcomed us and also said good bye to us was just perfect. She made our two days at Nikki Beach lovely. She is an awesome person and always tries to help you if you have any problems. The breakfast was also very very good without any limit :-). And of course the 75 meter pool is spectacular.
The area was actually to quiet for us and the beach was not really nice. There was unfortunately lots of plastics and warning signs of jellyfishes. That is why we did not want to go into the water. This was also the reason why we decided to do a early check out.

Lovely and quiet hotel.
The room was big and clean, very comfy bed.
Great pools, breakfast was delicious.
The area is pretty quiet, not many places to go out near the hotel. The room service and hotel’s restaurants are very expensive.

The food at lunch time was amazing
Our toilet smelled like a public toilet, menu of escape restaurants is limited and the property sells themselves above theoir value

close to the beach the staff were very nice
Because to the uncomfortable beds and excessively high pillows, I left with back discomfort.
the resort was too far from the mall and the activity in samui

Breakfast and the room (swim out room) were amazing.
-) All the towels at the beach club had stains on it.
-) There are 17% service fee on all the food and liquids (on the minibar too).
-) At dinner the waitress brought us water (without ordering it or were asked, if we like to have some) and refilled all the time. At the end we paid around 10€ for two bottles of water we never ordered.
