Sofa was not particularly comfortable but that is the only small feedback

Great apartment layout, plenty of space, well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony!

The location over looking the marina is excellent, close to restaurants, beach below to swim in and short drive to main strip
Water pressure in shower very low

Location, full kitchen
Long walk to get to elevator

we had a quiet room away from the boardwalk which we found was great the room was ideal for my husband and i
we would have loved a king bed

Lovely view, great location
2nd bedroom mattress extremely uncomfortable, well overdue for replacement. Blind is broken so a lot of light from outside lighting made it difficult to sleep. For a self contained property sachets of salt and pepper would of been nice.
The remote control for the tv was broken.
7.0
Location. The size of the apartment. Balcony
Hot plates would not heat up and unable to cook our meal.
Drainage in bathroom was dangerous and slippery after a shower
The bed was a little low

Perfect location, always easy to check in late, never have any problems
Can be noisy due to the restaurants downstairs

Little things add up. Paper.pen ,pad, ice, alarm clock.offer of daily newspaper just missing that extra when you can get it elsewhere at a more reasonable price

Great location close to the foreshore and Dolphin Quay restaurants.
A lot of the restaurants were closed at night time and the noise from the Oceanic bar/restaurant was very loud at night - so much so our kids couldn’t sleep. Beds are smaller than usual too which was odd.

Great views. Close to everything.
Secure parking
Massive walk from the lift to our apartment with our luggage!

The upstairs neighbours seemed to scrap the furniture a lot and from eArly on and it lasted quite a while.
It was a great stay.
My sister slept in one of the single beds and she found it a little uncomfortable but my 15yr old daughter found the single bed comfortable.
Great location.

Location, staff and apartment were great. Apartment was clean and tidy. Facilities inside apartment was excellent only acouple of things damaged but all in all had everything you needed especially loved having washing machine, dryer and Webber BBQ.
No facilities outside of apartment.
Would have been good to have acouple of salt & pepper sachets.
Loved the packaging of the toiletries but pity about the smell ie shampoo, conditioner and body gel very bland and smelled quite reject shopish which let the product down but looks lovely. I would request 2nd floor next time as the roofing of restaurants below did obstruct some of our view.
Having our own private parking was an added bonus.
Watching the sunset from the balcony and the sunrise from the bed amazing.
The beds were so comfortable too.
All in all, I would come back again and would reccomend to others.
Roof and sign of restaurants below obstructing some of our view while on the balcony.
No salt and pepper sachets.
Toiletries beautiful packaging but no smell. More than 1 spare roll of toilet paper in bathroom would be good, every accommodation I've ever stayed in around the world always had 2 rolls, we ran out in the middle of the night. The light on the balcony was quite dim could do with brighter globe as couldn't see alot when cleaning BBQ had to wait till morning so I could see.
Lift is very slow.

place was spotless and well equipped
Beds & pillows not very comfortable, lights were on in the common area which spilled into kids bedroom

We loved our stay at Dolphin Apartments, it had everything we needed. The bbq on the balcony was a necessity as there was no decent grill to cook meat. Was a great location close to the surrounding Mandurah town, 10 minutes walk to the Marina quay where it's more touristy. When you visit this location, remember to visit Mandurah Central beach, we only found this on the last day of our visit. Was so lovely to see the frequent dolphin visitors swim around the quay area.
The bathroom was slightly dated and could do with a refresh, but this was minor as we enjoyed our 3 night stay. Was slightly more expensive due to location. The balcony furniture needs updating, was rather tired.

The location right on the water offers lovely views and close proximity to foreshore & restaurants, but the downside was a lot of noise from the restaurant below. Fairly basic but had everything we needed
Bed was a bit firm.

Great for a family as it close to everything and the apartment is fully equipped for a family
The location of the apartment is really noisy especially during new years. I wouldn’t stay here again during this time.
A day before our stay I called the hotel to find out what they provide in relation to the port-a-cot. I was told
the port-a-cot was provided with a mattress but not linen. At check-in, the staff member advised they forgot to put a port-a-cot in our room and asked if we really needed it for one night, I told them yes as I paid $20 for it and I had a toddler who hasn’t slept in a bed on his own before. The staff member then proceeded to set one up for me. I noticed there was no mattress in the port-a-cot and went to reception to ask for one. The staff member advised it was illegal for them to provide certain mattresses. What was in the port-a-cot was a hard board with slats in it!!! I’m not sure how a baby/child is able to sleep on that. If you’re not going to provide something suitable and comfortable, don’t provide it at all!!! I should have been told that when I called the day before!! I’ve asked for a refund of $20 as the port-a-cot was not used. The staff member was happy to refund the money. If I stay here again, I’m bringing my own port-a-cot!!!!
