Chambre au calme côté cour et très proche du château de Vincennes
Des détails: rideau arraché, trop chaud dans la chambre (mais c'est partout pareil sur Paris)

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were all amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In a great location with the Metro line 1 taking you straight into Paris and the RER line to Disneyland. The RER will also connect with the line to CDG airport. Parking was 15 Euro a day undercover. Vincennes is a lovely town with excellent fresh food markets and nice restaurants.
A great stay so nothing to report.

The size of the room and location was convenient
The aircon didn’t work and we asked multiple times for it to be fixed, we were promised it would be and it was not, and multiple people could not assist they promised a technician would review the aircon and no one came. The weather was above 30 degrees making it difficult to sleep and we had to rely on external people such as family or friends to assist with a temporary fan for the room. The staff were rude and didn’t provide high quality customer service. We asked for extra towels and we’re told we had to pay, they were stingy with toilet paper and tissue despite having two rooms with four people. The room was only attended to once in 8 days, the bins were full and there was no change of bin liners, towels or sheets. On arrival there was hair in the shower and in the shower drain and the toilet was not cleaned properly. All the staff are inexperienced and casual or new staff, customer service was very poor I would never come back here. The breakfast menu is limited and we were being told we would be charged extra, when some of the people in our booking didn’t eat from the breakfast menu at all. The gym is very small it’s the size of a bedroom and has barely anything in it it is not maintained either.

The Staff was trying their best, but not always succeeded.
The first two days in this hotel were like a nightmare because the weather was very hot in Paris on these days and the air-conditioning was not working at all, so we changed the room, but still, the air-conditioning did not work.
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it is air-conditioning, but that was not totally true when we came there.

We fell in love with the location. Vincennes is absolutely amazing: proximity to metro and RER, groceries, restaurants, shops, beautiful park and a castle.
kitchenette and the fridge is super convenient to have.
all amenities were working and in good condition.
zero noise from other rooms which was great and rare to find in hotels.
our room key stopped working every other day. one night after a very long day we had to wait 30 min and past midnight for someone to come to the reception and fix it. the advice I was given not to keep a key together with my phone in one purse. not a very good advice if you are just there on vacation with one purse :)
also the beds were super annoying. while generally comfortable the mattress moves around and slides just from a simple motion of sitting down in bed.
the room was very clean the only place I’d question is the shower floor tiles - I could see the dirt on the files.
wifi wasn’t strong enough either.
also I believe this location positions itself as a 4 star hotel, not sure I would rate it at 4. but it is a solid 3.
generally even with this small cons we still loved our stay.

Location, facilities like fitness, apartment room, water and coffee in the room, nice staff
Bed: 2 single beds were "merged" and not really linked and fixed together. They were always moving which made the sleep uncomfortable

it was so hot in room it made me feel physically sick. staff did not admit problem with heating until check out - very disappointed as I have stayed there before.

The apartment is spacious and has plenty of natural light.
It was very clean.
Very close to the commercial area with restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Good Breakfast
We were 3 people on business and booked 1 apartment for 3, but the extra bed is too small and uncomfortable for an adult.
In addition, we had to make the bed, because it was not ready.

Nice decor, clean, mini kitchen, large fridge, two desks and chairs, decent bathroom, safe, TV, etc, quiet (we stayed on the ground floor at the back with a garden outside) great location for us, Vincennes is a great area, two metro stations nearby and RER. Lots of restaurants and shops and the Chateau de Vincennes. We asked for the twin bed option which seemed better than a sofa bed.
I told them well in advance that I was gluten and dairy intolerant as I was worried about the choices at the buffet breakfast. I had three different replies from the hotel:
1 Yes we can arrange other options
2 No it isn’t possible to arrange this in advance
3 You will be able to choose what you can eat from the buffet
So very confusing.
So at breakfast, there were no vegan milk options so I could’t eat the cornflakes. There was no gluten free bread. I could only eat fruit salad, ham, egg, so quite limited. I was very disappointed with this as I had paid 16€ in advance for breakfast.
There was a sign on the wall that said: « Our team is available to help you if you have any allergens as per the list below » but the staff member I asked just showed me the cow’s milk and said there was no bread without gluten.

We liked the nice area with supermarkets and restaurants close by as well as the metro. The rooms are modern with kitchen facility's and fine beds. We asked for two seperate beds and two studio's next to each other, which request was met by the reception. The hotel has a private garage, which can be reached from the back of the hotel, euro 15 per day.
In one room it was comfortable. In the other room it was colder. We did not understand the heating system. The second night we heard a big zoom every few minutes from the heating above the window. I tried to explain at the reception the next day. If I would have stayed longer, I would have askes some one to check upon it seriously. The sound was annoing,

Room 1302 was ok. Good staff, shower, complimentary coffee, comfortable beds, soundproofing.
Room was small, non-secure intermittent wifi, location (10 min. metro to centre, get Navigo metro card if you're staying 7 days), no maid service for stays less than 8 days, breakfast 15E per person, laundry 5E wash, 2.5E dry, parking 15E/day.

The location with regard to public transport. Metrostation (yellow line 1) within less than 500 metres and the train station (A line to Disneyland) also within less than 500 metres. You just hop on the metro and are straight in the heart of Paris but can enjoy a quiet area to “come home to” and sleep because in a city like Paris, there is always noise outside at night whether it is people or sirens or whatever.
Nothing really. Or maybe 1 thing, we didn’t have breakfast there because I thought it was rather expensive (15€ pp, 4 of us (1 12-year old who doesn’t eat that much), 3 nights, that would have been 180€ extra) but I don’t know how good of a breakfast it was or if there was a lot of choice. Maybe it was worth it but we decided to go and get some croissants and pains au chocolat in a grocery store nearby and spend the money we saved on other things :-)

The people at reception were helpful and friendly, the rooms generously sized (for Paris), everything was super clean and well maintained, beds comfy and the connection into central Paris as well as Disneyland couldn’t be easier.
Vincennes itself is an upscale suburb with lovely shops and restaurants, and a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. the breakfast may be compact but it is really good!
nothing to dislike
