central location, near to everything in village!
could do with couple more charging points but that’s it

Staff were wonderful, room was warm and spotless and breakfasts very substantial.
The attached wine bar is beautiful and the food delicious.
Location is the best surrounded by other restaurants and small bars. We didn't travel more than 5 minutes anywhere in the evenings.

It was in the old part of town and was like a winter wonderland. beautiful Chalet with lovely decor and amazing features.
I would’ve liked a kettle in the room for tea/coffee but the staff were amazing and let us have hot water from behind the bar for a cuppa. When I booked the hotel I booked it because it was a spa with a hot tub etc but after I booked it that became unavailable.

lovely old chalet, beautifully decorated. staff very friendly and helpful.
a bar underneath so can be a bit noisy in the evenings but didn’t bother us. we could hear all the other guests moving around the hotel though, however this was usually when we were awake and moving around so didn’t cause too much of a nuisance.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Food on offer was generous and tasty, lots of different options.
The location is fantastic, only 400m from Clotes ski lift. Plenty of choice of bats and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Convenience store nearby selling all other essentials.
Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and cosy. Had a decent balcony, large comfy bed and TV with loads of channels (some available in English).
The only downside was that there was a wine bar beneath us and on Friday night a DJ played until 8pm. This wasn't too disturbing, but loud guests stayed until 10pm when the bar closed presumably.

Breakfast was continental with fresh orange juice in a very pretty festive dining room. Location was in the old town and very central. It was a 10 min walk to the lifts. Staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were very spacious.
Not very good wifi in the rooms we were in and no kettle in our room.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Parking is a nightmare but staff were very patient to help me find an undercover car. park elsewhere in the town. Room had a lovely balcony but was load due the wine bar immediately below. Internet connection was difficult, but again the staff were very helpful to find a solution.
Parking very difficult, internet access, room too noisy.

location - not far to the ski lift
right on the street and very noisy at night. won’t be back for that reason alone. not a single decent nights sleep the whole week. all very self service too.

nice and clean and good value for money
the location, although not far from the centre, it is a steep hill

A memorable stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The chalet was very clean at all times and breakfast was very good. The owner was very keen to share life experiences. We became friends. Looking forward to meet again.

Excellent, varied breakfast, amazing staff, friendly…in a lovely part of the town, felt very authentic
Needed some hooks in the bedroom, h we had a dry week, but if it had been wet…and maybe a bench to put ski stuff on, or a bench outside the room

Great place to stay! Perfect location in the old part of the village and close to the ski lift. Cosy interiour, clean and super friendly staff. We very much appreciated Sofia and her breakfast serving which was one of a kind!
A bit loud as there was a bar outside of our room but we didn’t really mind, it wasn’t too late
and the music was great.....!

The location was excellent - very central & easy access to bars & restaurants. Ski Lift was a short walk distance - we stored our skis & boots at the ski shop next to Clotes lift. Lovely chalet with excellent facilities.
Nothing much - only minor point would have been nice to have a room or area to change in on our last day skiing - check out was as expected in the morning but we were not being picked up until late afternoon - so came back from skiing & changed in the toilets.

Super location, great breakfast with a lovely selection of gluten free options. Very friendly staff, especially Stephanie! Felt like a home away from home. The shower had excellent pressure and was instantly hot. Cosy and comfortable, would stay again.
It was a shame due to Covid restrictions that the spa and sauna facilities at the hotel were closed during our stay, but I'm sure they are as lovely as the rest of the place!

Sofia the hose was superb. truly excellent.
Clean and tidy property in an excellent location. good facilities, comfy bed, warm cosy room and a nice selection at breakfast. We also love the adjoining bar, great staff and excellent choice of drinks and wines

Customer service was excellent. Sofia particularly made sure my breakfasts were pleasant and offered good advice on where to eat in the town. Room service was also very nice as I came back from long days on the slopes to a clean and comfortable room each day.
The only downfall was the crowd volume from the wine bar beneath. No fault of the hotel’s but it did make for fairly difficult sleeping before midnight. Imagining this only applies to a couple of the rooms.

We were very warmly welcome
I thought there would be a bathrobe as this hotel is usually supposed to be a wellness hotel. The rooms are a bit dark. More light in the rooms could be useful.

Central location, furniture of the chalet
SPA was closed and it was not the information in the website.
Mountain View if the balcony is not true .
