It was a large property and right on the beach, the sunset was stunning
It needs updating and I wouldn’t continue to rate it as many stars as it is, as it’s very outdated. The shower head in our room needed cleaning as did the hairdryer, it was really icky.

Easy walking Distance along beach foot party to south Kuta.
All Good.

Friendly staff. Room was a bit tired but ok.
Meals were way below standard. The “free” dinners were an insult, and nobody took advantage of this “freebie “. Resort was partially being renovated which we were aware of, but outdoor areas were very run down. The main swimming pool had broken tiles on which 2 of our party cut their feet badly on day 1 needing stitches! That was the end of their Bali pool holiday.

Perfect for a get-away-with-jetlag stay. Very close to the airport and quiet - despite being close to the airport. Good for relaxing. Great pools around the premises. Nice rooms.
Breakfast is very expensive and not really worth the money.

The staff was very courteous. The resort is huge and well maintained. Good breakfast. Very very close to the airport.
We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite and the rooms are huge.
We had requested them to pack breakfast for one of the days and it was done really well too.
Only 2 carts are operational most of the time , with the size of the resort sometimes walking is tiring and takes too long .
Due to the location, and traffic, even though it's only 2-3 km, going to and coming back from the central area takes a very long time .

Really nice pool areas, three of them. Very professional staff at bookings and reception. Room was very big and quiet.
Furniture in my room was very old and should be exchanged. Cleanliness ( every day cleaning is good, but deep cleaning and paint refreshing is needed everywhere.)

Fantastic location! Very quiet and yet only 5min from the airport.
The swimming pools were beautiful and very nice against the setting sun in the western sky.
6.0 / 10.0
Loved the swim-up bar and sunsets over the large pools, close location to the south Kuta beach for boat trips and passage to surf points, airport, large resort, not very busy and staff are very friendly.
Has a weird feeling of a 5-star resort from 20-30 years ago ran today as a 3-star. Feels more geared to large conference groups and the indian tourism market as per the rest of South Kuta, rather than western/australian/new zealand. Restaurant menu limited and below typical Bali high food quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not geared to western food diets and tastes (eg. garlic in omelette). Resort feels a bit rundown, would benefit from significant maintenance, including rooms and grounds, plants, lawns, walls, steps etc need trimming and repair.
