We travelled around the country and the island for a few weeks. This was one of the best places we stayed.
- The location is on the other side to the busy white beach. But when you say “other” side is is only a small minutes walk across the island or a Tuk Tuk was 100 pesos. This much much better to stay on this side in our opinion. It is quiet, the hotel bar is right on the beach and you have all the beach to yourself. Turn right out of the hotel and walk along the beach: it is amazing.
- The food is the best we had in any hotel. You have to pay for breakfast, but is was absolutely worth it. The nearly English breakfast is the closest we had to an English breakfast while we were there
- staff are fantastic.
- WiFi is good
- Aircon in the rooms is nice and cold
- unbelievable value for money.
- After touring the island, the location is the best.
- One thing I would really really recommend is contacting the hotel before you arrive and asking about the transfer service from the airport. Our friends had been before and they said it was a bit confusing. You need a ride from the airport to the boat, you have to pay fees, then show you have a hotel booking then book a boat, then organise a ride the other side to the hotels. This hotel org aided everything for us completely. We arrived at the airport, guides met us, Aircon van, reserved seats on the boat, porters to carry the luggage, all paperwork pre done and personal drop of in the van…. A complete breeze…We are so pleased we did this and this would be our tip to anyone going for the first time.
- place is very clean and very well looked after: you can really tell that an experienced European is involved
- the rooms a little dated and could do with a little refresh. But for the location and the price it’s a small thing. We stayed in more modern hotels during our stay and they were not as good as this one. You could call it character.
- the showers in the two rooms we had were a little on the cold side. Even if we turn the heaters unto the max. I seemed to be the only one that they bothered in my family because it was very hot outside. They liked the colder shower.
- there is no pool. But it is not a hotel without a pool… but worth remembering if that is important to you: the ocena is steps away where you can snorkel.
This is a really really fantastic place. Great location, great food, fantastic price. I can’t see anyone who books and stays here being disappointed.

Sunrise.
We are Filipino Couples.
Reception was fine, but we felt like the staff at the bar, specially the waiter respects the foreigners more than us. "The way" they spoke with the foreigners was very respecftul and caring, but not to us. It was awkwardly unfair.
They won't also serve us coffee in the morning when we woke up. We waited for the bar to open, and we waited for the bartender. Around 15 mins after the bartender arrived, we attempted to order again, and they still won't serve us coffee. No effort was made.
We had to go to Banana Bay hotel in the same location, just few establishements from Levantin to have our coffee/breakfast, and the vibe and treatment was completely different.
We did not feel valued as a paying guests in Levantin. Hence, as a regular boracay tourists, we will never stay in this hotel again.
I don't want to think that discriminatiion towards simple Filipinos is prevalent in this hotel, because just like the foreigners, WE ALSO PAY.

Mare adatto solo a chi pratica kitesurf
Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, la camera e’ costata parecchio non comprendeva una colazione , addirittura neanche un succo di benvenuto, che sinceramente viene dato in ogni tipo di struttura!!

The bed was good.
The location was not ideal for me. I had stayed previously near White Beach at a much cheaper rate. There is not much choice for eating and other activities apart from kite surfing. Bulabog beach is not as beautiful as White Beach. No laundry service. The tiles in the bathroom are slippery when wet. And there is a step in front of the bed, so becareful when moving about, especially in the night. There was more noise near my room compared to my previous hotel, as there is a bar restaurant onsite, which is to be expected.

The resort was right in front of the beach. It was amazing. The family room was bigger than we expected. Tons of space, you can even cook your own food. There's also a living area outside with comfy couches and a separate room for the bedroom. The bed is comfy and spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was also very spacious. They have good internet. We were able to work no problem. Their food is also great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We'll surely stay here again next time we visit Boracay.

I love that the property is just in front of Bulabog beach where the sun rises! Staff are all welcoming and all smile. The service is amazing from check-in with the lovely lady, I think her name is Jessica. We had an early check-in which is so great. Until check-out is excellent, the gentleman who checked us out even arranged us a transfer to the port! I am so happy with the service. Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Levantin.
Nothing, everything’s amazing.

It is a nice place with a nice bar to get connected with the others. personnel is great. rooms are very nice, well furnished, deserves more than you pay.
rooms are not sound proof I mean if the next door closes a door you can hear it. but anyways it is located at a silent place.

Very comfortable room, exactly as I requested.
Drinking water always available and complimentary.
I especially liked the resto-bar. Delicious food at (for Boracay standards) reasonable prices and more importantly, in a very friendly atmosphere. I loved having breakfast looking at the sea with amazing kitesurfers!

Responsive and helpful communication and staff, allowed early check in for free, spacious clean room, nice view from the balcony, directly near the kiteboarding beach.
The bed. The spring mattress felt cheap and sacking, didn't feel comfortable. Foam pillows were bouncy and not comfortable either. Room has no fan so must use air-conditioning which can easily make sensitive people sick. - If you arrive with a lot of luggage, please note there is no direct road access to the property, tricycles and motorbikes drop you off a few hundred meters away. It's a newly paved walkway but you will need to carry your luggage a bit.

By far the best about Boracay!!! Great relaxed place right at the beach with a very good bar/restaurant! Reminded me about how this island used to be! Unfortunately Boracay has changed dramatically. Mass-tourism has taken over at this former paradise. Trash, fast food chains and hotel ruins everywhere. Sorry, but this island just hasn’t been made for All Inclusive Folks.

Very great hotel for all people who want to kitesurf. I have really never stayed so close to a kitespot and could already take a hot shower within 1min after I came out of the water.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. In addition, the cool bar with good food directly at the kitespot - just a dream. The staff was also super helpful and supported us with various topics such as transport, laundry, etc..
We have extended our stay a total of two times - which I think says it all.
That we could not extend our stay at the end because the hotel was unfortunately fully booked. -.-

Generally the hotel is relatively clean
1. Room not as described on website. Hotel was extremely noisy with electrical equipment from neighbors and the hotel smelt like paint thinners , well from the room I stayed in.
2. The bar has been set up as a venue for older German expats that will make sexual advances to your partner as they get drunk , I witnessed Germans being violent to each other and I consider this establishment as it priorities the service of drunk expat Germans to be unsafe. Every Sunday from 12pm the venue will become home to around 50 drunk German expats so good luck if you want any peace and quite.
3. The owner did not appear interested with the guest at all. I saw him a few times but he was busy drinking with he's German mates.

Levantin is a great place to stay in Boracay. Super chill vibes, beach front and lovely staff. It is on the quieter side of the beach which is great if you also want to relax a bit. Food is tasty, prices are cheap compared to the rest of Boracay. It would always be our place to stay in Boracay

Everything was exceptional! The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The location has a nice and peaceful view of the ocean and bonus sight seeing of kitesurfers. We had a good wifo connection which is very important when traveling so I was able to edit nd upload our vlogs! The people are very nice and they didn't even charge us with our early check-in, plus helped us contact the driver for our return to Jetty port. This really made us so happy and everything is just convenient because staff are very friendly, attentive and polite. They always greet us plus help us with whatever we need right away! The menu was also great, I'd say they cook good food and price are just right, not overpriced but underrated, plus they always have fresh buko juice. We enjoyed the room service and everything else. We will definitely come back!
Nothing!

The place is quiet and far from the bustling station 1-3. You can definitely relax.
At the moment, stations 1-3, where you can actually enjoy the beach is a good 15-20 mins walk (there is a short cut but it seems to be under development). The beach on this side is quiet for rocky and full of seaweeds.
