Clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious
A bit of road noise being so close to front but to be expected

Clean comfortable rooms. Double bathroom facilities.
Netflix available for a family movie which was great. Thanks.
Some parts of the room were a little tired needing replacement, like the en-suite shower base worn through to the fibre glass.

Location great for us

Nothing much, to be honest.
The place is so dated. The floors and carpets stained and filthy. Handles on dishwashers in 3 rooms we had booked all were broken. Every chair and couch was stained.
The room stunk of old cigarette smell. Unbelievably there are ashtrays on the balcony of every single room - meaning that obviously people smoke with the doors wide open.
The shower screen was not connected to the wall.
The images of this property do not Reflect what it is. I would say it’s maximum 2 star.
We were also charged a public holiday service fee, however our rooms were not serviced, not even offered fresh towels. There was a massive trolley of filthy wet towels and sheets that literally sat outside of one of our rooms for the entire time we were there.
None of the windows or doors sealed properly - we were on a busy main road and there is absolutely no safety with the windows and children there.
I’ve stayed at Quest appartments before and this was by far the worst.

We had big apartment, everything you need is there, kitchen utensils and bath amenities. Good location, close to the Bendigo city centre.
Only one aircon in lounge room in 3 bedrooms apparent, so it was a bit hot to sleep in bedrooms even fans were provided. Furniture, carpet and bathrooms are old, in a good condition, but old style. The light was not bright and dim.

We we very happy with everything

Spacious, clean and quiet.
A bit unpractical to have only one TV is a 2 bedroom executive suite and a 3 seater couch to watch from it. We were a couple but would have been nice to have one in the bedroom as well. Also one split system cannot heat or cool the entire place unless you freeze or cook in the livingroom to keep a decent temperature in the rest of the place. Otherwise it was a nice, comfortable place.

Easy to find. Room was quite spacious and had a kitchen in it which I had wanted. It was discounted so I took the chance. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 toilets in all. Room for a family or travelling group. 10 min drive into town but that wasn’t an issue for us. Bendigo is certainly a city with lots to see and do.
I was a bit underwhelmed with the apartment. It obviously gets lots of use but it’s time for a makeover. If ambiance doesn’t worry you then this apartment would be okay. It’s a place to sleep.

privacy
the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up with one arm and the water pressure was really really low. The first night we stayed we had no internet connection for most of the evening

The room was large with 2 bedrooms, a large living area as well as a good size kitchen area. Way larger than what I thought it would be. Close to some great pubs for meals.
The mattress whilst not un-comfortable was a little soft with poor springs. Would have been good to have a TV in the bedroom.

Nice staff
Clean
Easy to find
The mattress was saggy.
Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable.
The bathroom cabinet drawers were chipped and dated, and the towel rail had been repaired but the repairs were unfinished.
The QR code in the room did not work in the Quest App so we were unable to access basic information about the property.

Very comfy bed. Clean and warm. Quiet
Entry and exit onto the highway is quite tricky. It’s a reasonable distance from town

Frendly staff, reasonably clean, value for money
Our unit was too close to the main road. very noisy to sleep. Should have asked to stay on the other side of the block.
