Was ok but could have been better with a little more attention.

I liked the location and in general the ambience.

This is an example of a hotel that has seen good days earlier but now is suffering from lack of maintenance. There was a leaking WC in my washroom and inspite of repeated complaints and apparently action on their part, it was not fixed till the end. No alternate room was offered either. Found the nonchalance very disconcerting. Loud music till 1am from neighbouring areas was disturbing.

Good housekeeping to keep the rooms clean but passages to Room from Lift were strewn with litter

Efficient staff from Check in to Check out.

Aircon at night should be kept colder as it affected my sleep.

The finest setting and amenities

It was an excellent breakfast. Every dish had a tantalizing taste. The staff's personalized attention and services were our favorite aspects. 10/10

Never book this property

Staff was average. Rest nothing was so great compared to the brand. But Service is pathetic Housekeeping was pathetic Location is good, near to market. Ambiance is average

Housekeeping was pathetic Rooms are small Facility provided compared to brand and money was poor Before booking one need to confirm about property like any renovation going on or not, as after booking once you get to know, they don't stick to the timing of renovation work to go on. Too much disturbance.

I would absolutely stay here again but I would ask to be far away from the construction if that’s possible.

The amenities were excellent: gym, spa, outdoor pool. Very nice! Room was very comfortable with a nice shower. Great location if you need to be close to airport, there is a beautiful park next door greatfor walking/jogging. The best experience by far was because of a staff member named Samir. He went above and beyond to help me solve a problem where I had left an item on the airplane, he managed to find it and came fo the airport with us to retrieve the item. I never would have gotten it back without him help, I was so grateful, his hospitality was exceptional. Thank you, Samir!

There is construction happening and it was in very loud inside our hotel room between 10am-6pm.

Very comfortable stay with friendly and curteous staff

Spacious rooms, very good customer service and the staff were very courteous. Great location and considering the the Delhi traffic, this is a good place to spend a night if you have an early flight next day

incredible experience over 12 days!

The staff were incredibly courteous and very professional! I especially want to thank Syncyla at the Cafe Resto for going above and beyond! Her service is par excellence!

Good overall.

Room was a good size - with a study table, lounge area, powder room and separate bedroom & bathroom. Very comfortable with a bay windows. Clean. Bedroom had fan + AC which was great in the winter, as just the fan was used.

No business center at the hotel, only the existing rooms. Hotel breakfast could be slightly better - it wasn't the most fresh but still a wide variety of options to suit palettes.
