A pleasant peaceful retreat from the city, Ruth and Gracie struck the right balance.

Stayed here with my daughter for our annual getaway together. Lovely place, quiet, peaceful, and welcoming without being overwhelming. Lovely breakfast and beautiful room and bathroom. It rained while we were there, but that just enhanced the beauty of the gardens and surroundings. We had a small kitchen nook and a table to seat four people in our spacious room. We had dinner at the Bundanoon Club just up the road, next time we'll book for Friday night. Bowral, with great shops, is 30 minutes drive on country roads. Perfect weekend, thankyou Ruth and Gracie.

I really can't fault Bundanoon Lodge.

It was just a delightful place to play and you couldn’t ask for a better hostess

Warm welcoming team. We’ll run accommodation with great balance between self sufficiency and casual chats.

Small thing but a disposable shower cap is always appreciated in a bathroom. Probably had a supply if I had asked.

I did feel I was in someone's home, which is ok if that's what you want.

A perfect spot to relax and yet close proximity to bush walks, galleries and quaint shops and cafes.

A quiet relaxing atmosphere with a very spacious room and pretty outlook onto a garden. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent and beautiful.

The personal touch, the home style charm. The beautiful breakfast and the ‘featured’ rooms. The decor is just beautiful.

There was no ‘open’ fire even though the days were cold and wet. Such fires are very inviting during the cooler months. I accept that Bundanoon Lodge has central heating, but there are two ‘open’ fires that were not used, possibly these fires could be converted to gas fuelled.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend the "Bundanoon Lodge" highly

Ruth is a wonderful host and Princess Mellie ( Ruth's poodle) is very welcoming. The lodge is beautifully appointed, warm and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The location was perfect for us to do day trips around the Southern Highlands as we stayed for five nights. We stayed in The Australia room which is very spacious and had everything we needed.

Fabulous home from home.

Ruths warm hospitality, Melly Amelias morning cuddles, meeting Nicki on our last morning. We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves for a few days before other guests arrived. Super clean, beautiful lodge, comfortable bed and room (the stunning English room)with constant hot water. The peace & quiet was God sent and Ruths breakfasts were fabulous...scrambled eggs 2nd to none!! It was home from home and we shall be back.

Zip...nothing at all to dislike.

Everything about the lodge was perfect. Ruth, the host, was very warm, friendly & cooked perfect poached eggs haha. The lodge itself was lovely, beautifully decorated & very clean. The room was equipped with everything that you could need. Couldn't fault it. The grounds of the property were also lovely. It also made it so much easier that we good take our parrot with us.

The property itself was gorgeous. The home is stunning and has been furnished beautifully. There is a guest library / reading room, good wifi and a fabulous host.

There was nothing not to like - it was amazing!
