Disappointing

The hotel has a nice pool and a minigolf course. It's close to Ronda.

There was no warm water, barely lukewarm We had some ants in the room We got only two towels for the four of us Our room had no wifi coverage

Missing comforter (cold whole night), smelly drain, broken shower head So no way to wash longer hair, AC/heat didn't work, dirty sheets, really overpriced for what it offered, 50 % off would be appropriate

A rural hotel close to Ronda.

Great rural location, lovely terraces on the ground floor rooms, specious bedroom, very large informal garden to walk around.

Very basic breakfast, just bread (with butter/jam and tomato spread).

The place is beautiful however they need to do up keeping of the property.

The 1st room we got had a leak, the bed was wet and the roof had mold, the 2nd room the shower head was broke and the breakers went out 3 times!!

a possible overnight stay if you have no other good option. Check in / out so fast. Friendly front desk

facilities in bad condition. scared environment. We order the room with pool view, but there’s no pool actually. The description on Booking.com is not correct, should be modified.

It could be better

Fairly close to town, 10 min drive. Night staff was pretty helpful, finding creative solution for the broken A/C (only night staff though). Room size is ok and there is a nice balcony.

Asked for a garden view, got a road view with all the noise. A/C can't be regulated in the room, you have to ask someone at front desk to change the temperature, if needed. However, A/C was not even working. Beds are kinda old, and there were some bugs in the room. Morning staff is not friendly and breakfast rules are not clear.

Serenity outside Ronda.

The staff were very kind, they allowed us to check in earlier and leave the car for the day when we checked out. The location is great for cycling and the bedroom was nice.

Definitely the soundproofing isn't great, but I feel this is a common problem in Spain.

Very good

The check-in and check-out were very quick. The place is cleaned. We could try the facilities (tennis, padel, pool,...) because were there just for one night. The breakfast is simple but good.

The room for 4 adults was a bit small but for the price and last minutes booking; it matches perfectly our expectations.

Staff were friendly. The decor was traditional The food was great value for money. The beds were comfortable

Children has cut feet and hands from the pool. Plug sockets missing from the room Not enough chairs for numbers of guests Pool water was cloudy Go-carts were broken The grounds needed a gardener to come and weed and make the whole place look tidy again. Breakfast was limited
